Did a reset of my phone and ever since I cannot access my account even though I know the correct password, a pop up error message keeps showing "something is wrong, try again later" I tried a password reset, same error message, also tried calling no response. I have sent them an email, hoping for response though.

I actually thought it had to do with network until I stumbled upon your post.

For those of you who are quick to spew trash, it's rather so unfortunate. That you have had a seamless experience with kuda app doesn't make someone else's experience invalid.

Maybe you should go to play store if there is an update for app. Or you uninstalled and reinstall again.
