About salary payment proof, what I did was that: I prepared an Excel sheet, I put the company's name, then write "PAYMENT VOUCHER FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 2020 or whatever month you want to put.

Then, I listed their names, account details I front of each name then put created a column for signature of each employee.

Then I typed SIGNED at the end of the list, I appended a signature on behalf of the company. Then put the last date of November. Since that was the month I prepared for.

I printed it out for signature of each employee (Did that by myself).

Then snap, I now screenshot the one I snapped again, cropped it then uploaded it for submission.

All names got verified like an hour later.

You will just create a payment voucher and add the names and Account details of those you submitted their details. That's all.

Me I don't know that one Sha, but her bVN is showing non existing with the link. Infact, she just registered for this payroll support stuff and she got verified.

No be outsider collect her details self, na person wey dey close to her. Those people are just using it for business. They will have a way of packaging it. Cos, no text was sent to her, no NIRSAL Account was opened for her. Na her luck.

What browser are you using? Is it from your mobile phone or a PC?

If it's from your mobile phone, I'd advise you change to desktop browser mode, so it will load all necessary interface for you. I had similar issue at first. Then I switched to desktop.

Then, go to manage beneficiaries, and add up all your employees, then click on SUBMIT when you've added all.

After I submitted, it's showing Employees Name N/A. And I put them when registering. The rest details are showing.

Salary rate is not a criteria to qualify. Just make sure you pay your employees and give a proof of payment. That's all.

Register for SMEDAN first to get your SMEDAN CERTIFICATE number. Cos it's part of the requirements.
