I'll go for the gable roofing due to the weather condition in Southern part of the country.

The open roofing looks more beautiful but with constant exposure to rainfall, the building absorbs the water and results to dampness of the wall and the beauty begins to fade.

Open roof buildings will be much better in Northern part of the country.

If you have deep pockets for maintenance, then open roofing is good to go with.

In general, I'm not condemning open roofing. I only shared my opinion.

That's the issue. Instead of paying investors, they keep hoarding information and bringing up excuses with the so-called online nonsense.

And the people here aren't helping matters. They keep throwing tantrums with each other rather than coming up with strategic ideas on how to go about this issue.

I was supposed to collect my MOU Yesterday, but was told it is not yet ready. You can still be receiving your ROI even if the MOU is not ready.

So there is really no cause for alarm.

I understand the MOU states that you would receive your ROI within 7 days of your due date.

so 2 days delay is still within the 7 days window.

It's been 2 days now since I am due for my first ROI, but I am yet to receive it.
It's also been 4 weeks now and no MoU to sign.
Please has anyone experienced such issue? I'm really afraid!
