Religion / God Only Wants You To Be Holy, Healthy And Highly Successful - Rev Tony Akinyemi by ConcNiggress56(f): 7:32am On Feb 10
-Declares Nigeria's election period peaceful, free and fair.

The senior pastor and founder of the shepherd's flock international church, Reverend Tony Akinyemi established that it is God's will for his creatures to be holy, live a healthy life and be highly successful people.
He noted that it is impossible to please God without holiness and we cannot fulfill the mandate of giving and helping poor and vulnerable people among us if we are broke. He also stated that it is important to be healthy and education is a better alternative to medications.
The man of God also prayed immensely for a free and fair election and urged electorates to exercise their power without fear as he claims that God has taken care of the election.

Religion / Praying For Your Country In Church: Is It A Solution To Nigeria's Problems? by ConcNiggress56(f): 7:31am On Jan 27
Over 80% of the total population practice a religion and we all believe in prayer. I don't know about others but Christians spend a big chunk of their time during church service praying earnestly for our dear country. When Leah Shuaibu's case got into the media, every christian prayed. even the so-called "strong men of God" joined. Nothing has happened up until now. Christians also prayed about bloodshed in Kaduna and benue and it still persists. The incessant level of hunger, homelessness, thuggery, murder, prostitution and unemployment in the land is saddening and it doesn't even look like it will end soon.

I have no doubt that God answers prayer but I am forced to ask, is prayer really the way forward?

I love the marketing tactics you employed for the product (Y9 2019). I really hope Huawei paid you well for this wonderful advert. cheesy

Don't imitate those Tecno and Infinix marketers though. undecided wink

I have no connection whatsoever with huawei.. no one paid me to do anything.. I am just doing what I know to do best..

RE: https://www.nairaland.com/4921455/huawei-y9-2019-samsung-galaxy

Hey guys, sequel to my viral post about my need to decide between what to choose from the Christmas gift my uncle brought for I and my sister (a Huawei Y9 2019 and Samsung S8), I am glad with the feedback I received and y’all helped me settle for the best. So, I finally chose Huawei Y9 2019 and I have been slaying confidently with my phone by my side ever since. My sister’s Samsung s8 fell off mistakenly and the screen went blank immediately cheesy. The phone engineer we called said we should bring 80k for repairs (laughs in spiritual powers). She has
been frowning all over the place ever since grin grin tongue (I am the only one allowed to mess with my sister). So, I was very elated when I got on the trip to Olumirin water falls in Erin Ijesha. I stayed for 2 days and there was no place to charge my phone but who cares?, my Huawei Y9 2019 boasts of 4000mAh of battery life wink. I enjoyed my trip because I mingled with the villagers and I ate local dishes. One village guy in his mid-twenties was even trying to toast me shocked smiley but when he saw my phone, I guess he was scared and knew I wasn’t his level. But he looks too cute for a villager, I dunno why fear drove him away . He might prolly be a better dicken than the Lagos "1-minute-cameos" parading themselves around as men sad. I took a lot of pictures and went to fascinating places in Osun state. It was a pleasant experience and thanks to my Huawei Y9 2019, this experience will be documented for life.
When I wasn’t going around on tour, I was busy playing my games and chatting. I thought candy crush was the best game ever but playing other games on the 6.5 inches Huawei Y9 2019 screen was a cool experience. I had to quickly download Zombie race and basketball league and I enjoyed playing them. I am sure I wouldn’t have tried out those games if not for the amazing screen experience I had on my phone.
Thank you nairalanders for helping me have an awesome experience by taking a good decision. Off to Calabar to cap off a great holiday made achievable by my Huawei Y9 2019.

If you're simply going to take pictures and play candy crush then choose the Samsung s8. 3000mah should be sufficient for your daily routine. If you were a heavy user then yeah go for the Y9.

The attached picture is grin grin grin

Phones / Huawei Y9 2019 Or Samsung Galaxy S8 As Xmas Gift, Which One Should I Choose? by ConcNiggress56(f): 8:16am On Dec 24, 2018
Hi Nairalanders.

I need your help deciding the best smartphone to accept as Christmas gift from my Uncle who just arrived from “the abroad” wink .

He brought home Huawei Y9 2019 and Samsung Galaxy S8 for my younger sister and I but I get to choose first because I am the eldest and It’s being hard deciding the one to settle for.

Samsung Galaxy has built a name for itself over the years but I feel like exploring something better and different entirely. Compared to the 5.8 inches screen and 3000mAh of battery which Samsung Galaxy S8 boasts of (which I am sure isn’t as long-lasting as Huawei Y9 2019), I am pretty sure Huawei Y9 2019 won’t be a bad choice afterall.

From the reviews I have seen online and the articles I have read online about the Huawei Y9 2019, I feel like it’s the smartphone of the moment for a camera freak like me because I will love to take thousands of pictures when I go on Xmas trip to Olumirin waterfalls and Calabar festival (adventure and food is my weakpoint cheesy ) and I won’t have to worry about charging my device from time to time because of its 4000mAh strong battery.

Besides, I get to play candy crush and my favourite games to my utmost satisfaction and watch movies on it like I am in a cinema because of its super-powered 6.5 inches screen with excellent display features (I started to fall in love with this phone from the pictures I saw online). Also heard about the unique Huawei Kirin 710 processor which makes the phone very efficient, fast and takes multi-tasking to a whole new level (I am drooling over this phone already grin.

Unfortunately, my uncle won’t let me use the two and make my choice afterwards. I guess I am too greedy wink wink tongue.. This is probably the hardest decision to make right now in my life embarassed embarassed embarassed

So guys, please, what should I settle for between Huawei Y9 2019 and Samsung S8?

Please advice your baby girl!!

Travel / Re: Overland Airways by ConcNiggress56(f): 8:43am On Nov 20, 2018
don't let that guy scare you abeg..

I took Overland from Lagos to abuja and back and I enjoyed every bit of my trip..

to be frank with you, their aircrafts are small (no wonder they have cheap flights) and old modelled (the rotating shaft are still two large blades attached to the wings- newer models no longer have that design), however, they have highly experienced pilots with whom you can be sure you won't be sosoliso-ed.

They also had to stop at Ilorin to drop off people and take some more. We were served #20 cowbell and sachet coffee with cupcake or gala..

Being my first time on a plane, I was very curious and I misbehaved. one very sad looking hostess made sure I smelled pepper on the first trip.. She was attached to the same plane 3 days later on my return and by then we both just smiled and became friends..

I also made a few new business friends..

I am sure you'd love it..
