Thats d normal process flow of opening acct wt GTB. You shall get your acct no thru sms within 24-48hrs. Meanwhile, your temporary master card can only be used for a period of 30days. During this period, you can make transactions with the card, including online transactions. A permanent mastercard will be issued to you a week after opening your acct (if u are in Lagos) or two weeks (if you are in upcountry). Hope this helps!

Am so frustrated right now. been trying to send my GRE to my schools and my gtb master card is not going. I have one deadline for December 15th.
I have sent all documents to schools except this GRE online.I dont mind if any one can help here with His/Her card.
Also,Has anyone successfully pay for application fees to University of Maryland Baltimore (UMBC)? I keep getting error of Address mismatch and i am using the same address on my card in my application form too.

I had d same problem playing app fee to clemson uni. I guess ur sch app portal is hosted by collegeNet. What i did in my case was to get a frnd in d states to pay 4 me through electronic check by supplying his US Bank acct details. Though it takes abt 6 working days 4 payment to reflect via this method.

Walspring: Can you people specify which bank atm you are using to make payment? I advise you to use GT bank atm card cos it works with most of the schools in making payments

It is GT mastercard i have been using. Paid app fee to other schs wtout any hassle using the card. It is this one of Clemson uni dat is problematic.

Please help out a bro. I submitted my app for the nnlg scholarship yesternite and i got a confirmation mail that my applicatn has bn received. This evng, i got this infamous msg that the recepient's mail box is full and cant accept msgs now.

What shld i do? Hope sending another app wont get me disqualified.

You can always get recommendations from any of your lecturers even during dis strike period. All you need is to build rapport with them. In my case, i forwarded a mail to them , followed up with a call, and delivered wines to their offices (call it bribery or watever---lol). Just manage them well am sure u wld be fine. Good luck to u in ur endeavours.

i dont av a dollar card; is there any alternative to pay for it or beta, still have the software.

syahboy: You've got something most people wish for, a great Gpa. When translated to the 4 point system should be about 3.85/4, which is awesome. You can get into top schools like Stanford,Columbia etc

Don't let Gre prevent you from getting into top schools. Find time to study and ace it(315 above) and apply to the best Env. Toxicology programs out there cheers!

Recently wrote gre,got a quite low score; 302. Though i hardly had enough time to read for the test cuz my nature of job is one that you come home in the night like a log of wood; ur best bet is to sleep.

I intend applying to clemson uni, uni of California, Riverside, Uni of South Alabama and TExans technical uni to study env toxicology. My qstn is "is it possible for me to get a TA or other assitanship with such low GRE score"? Or Should i retake my GRE? My GPA is quite good sha, i had 4.72/5.00
