I'm a business man so let me tell you what goes. Your website or Blog is only worth the value that your buyers are willing to pay. Just as the price of a product is determined by its perceived value in the heart of the customer. If your customers say your Blog or website is worth $5, then it's worth that price regardless of any automated valuation.
I have seen cases where a Blog is not making a dime yet, it commands a high price because buyers think it has future potential. So take note.

With almost 600k members, i think Seun deserves recognition. I know SMF is free and everyone can own a forum but i bet you that not everyone has the entrepreneurial guts to stick it through and not everyone knows how to market.

My Blog went down for two days due to server failure and i almost fainted. Do you know how much i lost within these two days.

Though i don't use black hat marketing techniques and won't encourage anyone to, i think it's still marketing. Just as there are sharp practices and immoral marketing techniques in the business world, so do we have online and black hat is one of them.

We have Nigerian internet millionaires, the only difference is that we are Naira internet millionaires and they are dollar denominated internet millionaires. You too can be on the list. All you need is the guts to aim for it. Holla
