so the first van persie attempt wasn't a clear cut chance? the looping header to catch courtois out of his line isn't a big chance? the one v one chance in the second half that courtois stopped with his leg isn't a big chance?

van persie had 3 golden chances before his goal. on a good day, he shoulda had a hatrick. united had more clear-cut chances - we should have scored at least 2 goals from 19 attempts.

Let's be honest here, Man Utd were lucky to have escaped with a draw...

lucky when we made more chances & more attempts on target? chelsea were lucky with a draw......very lucky. we should have scored 2 goals in the first half with a more composed finisher.

i told him to quote me last week that chelsea will not walk away with 3 points, he thought i was joking. cesc was reduced to a passenger in that first half - we were so profligate we didn't score at least 2 goals in that first half....

our setplays were rubbish until the last kick of the game & the ivanovic red card must have caused that.

our players lack intelligence - courtois is tall & yet they kept hitting all the setplays into the 6-yard box. why not keep the ball away from him so we can have a decent shot on target?

di maria & januzaj have killed us today - they have done nothing at all - di maria has been pïss poor with his set-pieces.

it's a shame none of mata, blind or even RVP can take charge and take one of those set plays. we have offered nothing from the wide areas.

januzaj & di maria should be doing better - we haven't exploited chelsea's full-backs at all.

fellaini, blind & mata have been awesome. they have reduced fabregas & matic to mere spectators.

smalling still lacks confidence. rojo's forward passes have been very good. rafael & shaw have been more than decent.

van persie should have scored from that big chance. how difficult can it be to chip a goalie like courtois. nani scores that 100 times out of 100. the tekkers is simple - chip the ball cos the goalie would always make himself big.

however, mata is an ex-chelsea player, most managers always like to play a player against their former teams cos they expect him to have something to prove.

if mata doesn't click, herrera can always come on. he's the only bright spark on that bench. still dunno why we don't have at least 2 wingers on that bench instead of blackett, wilson & fletcher.

the purpose of these tourneys is to make vets out of the newbies - FYH & kr0ne were the stand out performers of the last tourney, had ibime participated, one of them would have been eliminated at the early stage.......and we would never have known how good the duo are. any vet who still participates in these tourneys is just an attention seeker.

i'd rather see more newbies honing their skills than seeing a vet taking the title like a bully. newbies have more potentials than a vet - we already know what a vet can offer. a newbie is full of surprises. he can be wacker than rasqie or dopêr than canibus. tell me you haven't seen improvements in teddy, FYH & dark rebel......that's what letting the youth grow can do.
