paris10: Are you ok? Well, I know you are! A burglar who came to steal and locked himself in the toilet..have you heard of one? Apparently, his babe was still dressed when the police arrived.

an intruder hiding from the house-owner would lock himself somewhere he would not be found. pistorious had woken up, intruder would have heard movement so it's possible the intruder was hiding in the bathroom to evade pistorious.

Drugs were found in his house, neighbours heard of shouting an hour before the shots. Oscar couldn't come up with good lies but said he called out his girl to call the police when he heard a movement.

drugs? they were later proven to be herbal remedy today in court! it's not even a banned substance neither was it hard drugs...

Questions to answer...
1. Where was his gf when he heard the movement? This was 3am.

he thought she was in bed!

2. If he thought she was still in bed with him when the intruder came in, who would he protect first? Wouldn't it have been a good idea to notify your gf if any intruder came to your house?

you nullify the threat first - i have provided 2 similar incidents that happened in america. both shooters went for the intruders first before notifying anyone.

3. Oscar fired 4 times and hit her 3 times. If an intruder came to your house and hid in the bathroom, are you just gonna kill him without any warning? Your warnings might even save his life (he would hide carefully).

in the similar incidents i unearthed, the shooters did not warn the intruders, they shot them dead. shoot first, ask questions later.

4. Oscar spent about five minutes putting on his "legs" after he heard the "movement" before proceeding to the bathroom to kill. Where was his girlfriend at this time?.

oscar was not with his legs when he shot the intruder.

5. When you shoot someone in the head with a revolver, 99.9% chances are that you killed from close range.

he didn't see what he shot at - he shot through the door!

6. Oscar's gf was rumoured to have attended a party and only came back home at about 2am. This coincide with the witness statement who heard shouting at 2am. It was learnt Oscar was mad at her for coming home late. Argument ensued, and the result is what you see.

the witness account was torn into shreds in court today. the witness lives 600 metres away and she couldn't tell whose voice was screaming or arguing. she couldn't even accurately tell how many shots were fired - her statement was proven to be a bag of lies!

they were watching the ajasco family show on TV together in the living room. the man dozed off, the son went out. the lights were on, at least the TV was on. the man must have woken up to hear the back door opening and he assumed an intruder was breaking in. he didn't waste time, he shot him straight in the head - how is this case different to pistorious? it simply shows some men react very quickly when they perceive there's an intruder under their roof.

Okay then, let's take it from another angle, isn't it possible that she may have eased herself a while ago before the incident abi is it a must that she go get pee in her always? You don kuku talk say urine was not detected so what now?

this man was watching TV with his son. the son went out briefly as the father dozed off. the man woke up the moment the son was coming back in through the backdoor. the man assumed his son must have gone to bed. the man grabbed his gun and shot the intruder in the head not knowing it was his son. so why didn't this father make a head count of who were in the house before shooting?

I don't know if its possible for an autopsy to detect whether someone peed on themselves or not but isn't it possible that she could have peed on herself out of fright?

of course, forensic would reveal that! every fabric on her body would have been analysed to the tee. the entire crime scene would have been fine-combed. this is a murder case.

his story is not credible? all the evidence support his story. there were no bruises or any physical struggle according to the autopsy report. the screaming and argument angle were also lies. the witness couldn't even remember if the voice she heard belongs to pistorious or the deceased - she stays 600 metres away. so what's not credible about his story?

this is the true account - pistorious woke up from sleep n heard a noise from the bathroom. he grabbed his gun and we to check what's happening without bothering about the girlfriend cos he thought she's in bed.

People react differently doesn't mean you'd go on a shooting spree without reasoning, unless this guy is mental.
If he chased, then she was running away from him not to go and pee.

good - if he chased her into the bathroom then urine should have been found in her bladder. but no urine was found. it then means pistorious account that he heard noise from the bathroom is consistent with the girlfriend being in the bathroom at that time of the night. which then means there was no argument(premeditated), no screaming(assault with a baseball-bat) before shots were fired.

Another lesson is never we blame God the way he created us because He has reasons for every of the creature He made. This man never took his state of health into consideration and thank God for helping him to be who he is, but ended up allowing devil to use him.
Pistorious came with a disability, the world stood by him and this lady gave her life to him despite his state of health and he ended up showing the world who he is and as such, must also be given the maximum sentence for his action.

in court today, the police officer in charge confirmed the neighbours lived 600m away and the number of shots they claimed they heard was not consistent with the actual fact. only 4 shots were fired, the neighbour lied under the oath that it was 6. 600m is more than half a kilometre - there's no way arguments can be heard from that distance.

this is a water-tight case. He will be found guilty of murdering his girlfriend. (premediated murder) which is more serious. He may probably try to enter a plea bargain with the prosecutors to reduce his jail time.

it was pitch-black in the bedroom, he heard a strange sound in his bathroom. burglary is a very common crime in south africa. pistorious felt vulnerable without his artificial legs so self-defense becomes imminent. he grabbed his gun and shot instinctively into the bathroom. the autopsy of the girlfriend has been done and there was no urine in her bladder at 3am.....which tallies with pistorious' story.
