Scroll through the menu of the charge controller and when it gets to panel voltage, hold down the menu key for 5seconds, then adjust to up to 15volts, hold down the menu key again to activate, check the float and absorbed voltage to adjust to maximum.

After these, allow your battery to charge for full day before use.

Sine wave inverter are not that good for some appliances, it could also affect your level DOD by taking it below the least discharge and in
few months the battery is gone. If care is not taken, it would start disturbing your fans and unable to power it and some appliances that's has coil or uses motor

Oga, do yourself a good favour by consulting a solar Installer to do your power audit first, when you said 3kva and someone said 2 million. Where you expecting 500k because it's generator that uses fuel and oil? No,solar is a one time payment till another 5yrs before you talk of maintenance or replacement before then you would free yourself of everyday expenses and save funds.
Back to your reply, 1hp is 900+watts, 0.5hp is aroun 475watts, your sealing machine is heat generating that uses high mechanism like water heater consider it as 1500 to 2000 watts.
Your 3kva system may breakdown very fast. Considering the load and the inverter efficiency. My advise, Go for 5kva system and like the above person said consider your backup time and the load use during the day to have enough panels for quick charge and long backup.

3kva is okay, where I've problem is the hybrid 24volts system. Which is going to come with 60amps charge controller.

Did you consider your 270watts panels of 24volts of 9amps each will be connected in series making it a total of 81amps to be generated at maximum.

When this numbers of amps get to the charge controller of 60amps what will happen? It will be get burnt and the system will collapse.

My little cent, when there's higher number of panel never use Hybrid system. Do your maths and balance the equation, don't manage the cost to save you going back to the place.

Madam your calculations might be wrong and in the end the system might not power the full loads. The two 45" TV might not be new maybe foreign used, ox fan is 300watts, desktop is 260watts, lights maybe 60watts, those TVs might be 220watts each. We're having about 1060watts already, the inverter efficiency of 0.8 making it 1.3kva there are other appliances not yet mentioned. So do the power audit to avoid failed system.
