Music/Radio › Re: 10 Million Record Deal! by cooldud62(op): 8:59pm On Jun 21, 2009
Thanks guys, quite appreciated.
Why i asked is because in promos of musical shows, they promise cash and also an amount of record deal, so i was wondering if that amount in record deal is not for the artiste.
Music/Radio › 10 Million Record Deal! by cooldud62(op): 9:57pm On Jun 19, 2009
Hey guys, i need some education here please,
when they say someone has a N10million record deal, what does it mean?
Will the guy be given the cash?
thanks.
Music/Radio › Re: Sauron/magnum Diss Cashino (we Bang) by cooldud62: 6:32pm On Jun 19, 2009
I am not trying to go into you guy's discussion but i think you should hear this:
I saw mode9's interview on TV sometime ago and he was saying he's not broke at least "i can afford internet".
I cracked up!
was that supposed to be a diss line?
Is there someone who cant afford internet because i see that to be lame for a lyricist (according to hip hop awards) undecided
Then by the way, Ruggedman didnt anchor the starquest stuff well at all, i wonder if Y'all saw his performance, i think he should stick to raps not MC undecided

dont attack me o, i am just saying what i saw as an outsider grin
Literature › What Does It Take To Publish A Magazine? by cooldud62(op): 5:25pm On Jun 19, 2009
Hi guys, does anyone know what it actually takes to publish a magazine?
What i mean is this: what are the regulatory bodies you need to see and make payments of some sort to?
How much are these payments?
Its urgent please,
Thanks a million.
Phones › Re: Win 1 Million Dollars: Etisalat Must Take Nigerians For Fools! by cooldud62(op): 8:56pm On Jun 17, 2009
@whatalife,
you know why i didn't reply all along? Cos your post made no sense! I have no intention of attacking your person. I'm sorry if it cuts across that way.
You are here talking about lottery when we are talking about promo!
Did you take your time to read through my post? I made it clear that lotteries were out of it as even in Nigeria, lotteries were won to the tune of multimillions.

What is bad is bad and i don't know why we all don't want to agree that this promo is wrong and should be stopped. In fact, if i have support from enough people on this forum, i will call a press conference! Nonsense!

Romance › Re: I Bed Wet At My Boyfriend Place by cooldud62: 10:13pm On Jun 13, 2009
what efforts have you taken since you started this thread?
you need to help yourself. I think discipline is the watchword. I feel for you babe, but i seriously advice you tell your guy either you get rid of it or not, you never can tell if you wet the bed after marriage, he might be dissapointed you played a fast one on him. All the best darling.

@cheemoney, you are so creative, you called me cooldude69! you know i like that, i will consider that username when seun banns me nextgrin
you claim you left the forum long time because of people! I can bet my neck you have a million usernames lol
Just like kabloeee said, what kind of husband will you be even if all you are saying are even true?
for someone like you who own all you claim to have, your wife should care less about saving money from your wedding budget, even a wedding planner should handle the project.

@cheemoney, i am not hating you at all, i am pointing out your inadequacies. if you do decide to hold your party again though, contact me on 08036832482. I wanna attend with a big boy like you but pls dont include your wife in the arrangement! If you tell her to buy Moet, she might decide to buy Eva to save a little change grin grin grin

how was the valentine party you bankrolled at the pool side of Eko hotel and suites? Which nairalander was present? mind to call names?

my conclusion: empty barrels . . .
Events › Re: Wedding Planning Palaver. Pls Am I Wrong? by cooldud62: 11:14pm On Jun 11, 2009
hmmmm, at all haters, cheemoney is a confirmed BIGBOY!!!!!!!!! lets give it up to the big boy common, i sure wanna know this guy, i want to be your pal o, i mean it. If you dont know what i'm talking about, check out these posts he made some years ago on this forum!
Now let me bare my mind. I have been insulted enough in this forum just for asking. the LORD

said we should ask and it shall be giving to us. But what do I get in da house for asking?

Antagonists, playa haters, hypocryts and what have you. Na wah o.

Now the man Cheemoney.

I'm fair in complexion, the toast of many women, 6 footer, handsome.Let it be a topic,

someone in here (I will not mention name) has seen my picture. I want whoever cares to post

it as a topic with caption, "Who has seen cheemoney is he handsome?" I'm sure the person might respond. But please she should not post my picture here ooo.

God has loved me so much at my age. I know there are people at my age still better. I was

not born with a silver spoon but success has smiled on me.

Apart from my house in the village, I have an investment worth over =N=13,000,000 and

growing. I Drive a BMW 3 series 2002, a honda ivtech 2004 and a Honda CRV 2005 model I got

and reserved for my wife.
I have had the taste of the best women both within and outside

lagos. So pips should respect themselves and not call me names.

I lost the love of my life to religion. She is a moslem from Kwara state. I am a christian

from Imo state. She is everything I wanted in a woman. Tall, beautiful in all measures. 5.8

feet tall. Plump and busty with all the right curves at the right places. Intelligent. We

dated for 8 years between 97 and 2004. She studied abroad and spent most of her time there.

We met in alpha beach when I marked my birthday and they were in nigeria on holidays. I will

post one or two of the birthday picture. She came back finally to Nigeria last year for her

youth service. All I was waiting for was her return so we can solemnise the union we both

planned. her folks knows about me. I visit either or both of the parents anytime they are in

Nigeria. They welcomed me with open arms. She sends me gifts and I buy her things mostly our

local fabrics that her folks takes to her. Never knew her mother never approved of our

union, bubble burst few weeks to her return finally. The problem! Her mother. her mother

said she can't marry a christian. BINGO and that was the end of an 8 years old journey.

I like the best things of life and know it doesn't come easy. Yes I was cheating on her all

the while she was away. i dated different kinda girls and helped so many.

I'm on nairaland because I don't trust a woman can truly love me for me. I see pretence and deceit in their eyes both in church and outside the church. Also, I know I cannot find a replacement for my "Bukkie" but i want something close and they are not easy to come bye. So I felt if I post it out here with those qualities listed, the right person will deem it fit to respond. I didn't mean to be insulted and didn't mean any ofense to the sistas in the house.

I've thought of posting my picture, but,
@cheemoney, dont mind them, you be big boy confirm! i guess this gurl we are talking about responded to the various ads you put up on nairaland in 2006 in almost a million threads, she must have seen you as a BIIIIIIG boy mahn, she wan hit you run grin
What about the valentine party you threw for people at your expense at the pool side of Eko Hotels and suites? damn, where have i beenhuh these are my kind of people, please send your details to me now, we must be friends.
In fact, if the girl dey behave somehow, my sister never marry, i will do the talking, you just do the marrying grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin tongue

gentlegg:
Mentioning 2.5M pisses me off. People who truly could spend up to such amount on wedding alone wouldn't have mentioned it in the public like you did. Anyway good luck.

loooooooooooooooool at all the responses!
Now, shouldnt Nigerians think straight for a while?
I'm not saying they have no right to put up promos,
what i'm saying is there should be better promos,
is there any coy in America or the UK that will bring out such promo apart from lotteries?
and who says the companies don't have social responsibilities to the environment they make money from?

@og2711,
you sound like an slowpoke, so i wont reply you. What do you know about social responsibilities? go and ask before you make another post, your post reveals how uninformed and naive you are. shioooor

@Bawss1, i dont have beef or pork with anyone, i am just pointing out what's not! grin

@abhosts, you cant be busier than i am. grin
Phones › Win 1 Million Dollars: Etisalat Must Take Nigerians For Fools! by cooldud62(op): 9:18pm On Jun 10, 2009
Now, i know most of these foreign countries who have business interest in Nigeria don't mean well for Nigeria! can someone tell me how Etisalat will come up with such a stupid and unrealizable promo as win $1m huh Do they think anyone is fooled into believing they will be giving that out to anyone? And even if they are planning to give it out, are they not stupid or crazy to be thinking along that line when there are a lot of infrastructural defects in Nigeria they can assist in making good!

Do all these promos ever get probed? do they go through Enerst Ndukwe's NCChuh Aren't we being taken for fools? Are the guys in their strategy and planning department so dump that this is what they can come up with? They are obviously sick in that company! Whats wrong with giving free calls everyday from 6pm within their network?

whats wrong with free texts within network everyday?

Don't they have brains?

Can someone please show this to their MD?

I am so much annoyed and i really need someone to tell me to calm down!

What is the NCC doing? I overheard Prof. Dora Akunyili saying the other time that even The NCC man, Ndukwe is arguing for and not against the telecoms coys when it comes to reducing call rates! I'm sure he makes his own calls freely on all network (not too bad for his position), but he should do something good he will be remembered by and not just another guy!

I will feel better if the advert is immediately scrapped off our TVs!
gush!

Properties › Re: Advanced Rents Banned In Lagos: by cooldud62: 4:24pm On Jun 09, 2009
my mum has two properties in Lagos, she collects 1yr max for one(flat), monthly for the other (rooms). If the guy in the flat wants to pay monthly, I'm sure she will bulge. Why do we think monthly payment wont work in 9ja?
It can definitely work. Just that the monthly fee will be another problem, maybe half your salary.
@ Fashola, nice one. This man is impressing everyone. PDP, take a cue!
