The above email is one of many that you, Tessy, sent me asking other programmers to fix your mess, or finish application that you don't understand. Sometimes I get them fix for free, but most times I paid through my nose. Finishing the site became a hell of expenses. And I completely got fed up having to type everything that I want done for you on YIM, as that is the only communication you understand.

The frustration of hitting keyboard for 12hrs straight in a single day while working with you are evident in our lenghty YIM history. I have to admit I felt a bit resentful that you didnt know all there is to know in getting the job done, and we always have to contract so many aspect out to third party.

Google checkout receipts while trying to fund the purposed UK account found. Email sent to google to explain what happened since Nov 2008. And to acknowledge if they still have the activation funds with them since that time, and if they do, what the technical difficulty was that made it impossible for me to fund my own account with HSBC UK.

Awaiting google email. The explaination I got in Nov 2008 was, I am not able to transfer money to fund the account because my name is not on the account as a signatory, so I may be trying to hijack someone else's account. Fruitless effort begins after that to try to get myself on my own account. I still need to check with an attorney, if it's ok to post correspondence that belongs to me ONLY. Will not post here anything until am sure of this.

The last time I checked the parties that were involved in the UK and Tax consultant affairs, they did not include you. What's your business with this? About your question on bill acknowledgment, was there ever a denial? Btw, is any of the bill paid at all? If Yes, how much? And how much is left to be paid?

And Yes, I admitted leaving your payment unpaid, I just got tired of paying because I have been paying 3 other different programmers we've had to call in to fix errors or install an application that you cannot handle. And they are not cheap, I can't really explain why I got burnt out from pursuing the site to completion, it was hell working with you and having to call in other programmers, paying them to make errors go away or doing some coding that you dont know how to, and knowing I still have to pay you anyway. I got tired, I was not making any money at the site, still never made money, cause that site may look preety, but far from finished, and we both know it.

Even then, that's not an excuse from paying you the one's you've done so far. I just lost interest in that site, and wanted a break from all the other side drama.

And that includes even removing the UK address all this while.

Honestly, i am totally upset with coolface and this is a major disappointment to me. This whole problem started in the property forum when coolface and larez where discussing about a property to build for coolface until i started getting private emails, phone calls and text messages from Well meaning Nairalanders that Coolface is trying to rope larez into a scam because she has done same to people like inspired and sienna. Despite the rough words and evidences proffered by inspired and sienna, i was ready to give coolface the benefit of doubt to redeem those damning accusations until it turned into a verbal shout match and i had to transfer the thread to the general discussion hoping it will die a natural death if all parties could settle their grievances amicably outside the public eye.

Now with Uspry's new revelation, it is becoming quite clear that coolface is not what she really is and seems and despite her previous promise that her arguments with inspired and sienna where just personal private problems which she will solve between themselves, she forgot to mention that there are others who she has either involved herself in a shady or dodgy deal on Nairaland and there may be more.

This is not a laughing matter to anybody and nobody should treat it as such because it could be you tomorrow.

Nairaland is a place where people meet everyday and network for business opportunities and situations. One thing is pertinent on Nairaland; Everybody has gained from Somebody business wise and this is contributing to make the world a global village. I have met quite a handful of Nairalanders personally and done deals with them and for them and one thing that stands out like a sore thumb is the Issue of Trust and Honesty exhibited by all of them including me. These are the key things that makes Nairaland different from all other sites because we make sure our dealings are in the open and with the utmost sincerity. Once that trust is eroded, it leads to a lot of factors that potray negativity everywhere and the Moderators on Nairaland will not condone such absurdities in what so ever manner and form it rears it head.

Coolface i have not met you before but i responded responsibly when you were accused at first by making sure the complainants provided concrete and real evidence before they convict you. You denied every wrong doing and i tempered justice with mercy by appealing to all parties to sheath their swords but you have abused that trust and i expect more people to come out to complain about your work ethos and manner of business dealings. There is only one word for people like you and that's called a "SCAMMER" and i would encourage all parties to take up prosecutorial and legal options against you. This is cyber crime at its best and any how you look at it, its a crime. You had all the opportunity to call all parties together to arbitrate on the issue but you chose to deny it until it has all being exposed to the world.

On my own part, i would work with the site administrator and respectable moderators to invoke any sanction that is necessary against you.

Nairaland is a supposed to be a safe, trusted and honest community and we dont need people like you adding to the already bad image of Nigerians!

You will be well advised to Govern yourself accordingly in Future unless you could be looking at Multiple, concurrent and consecutive jail time years if you dont change your ways!

So many things does not belong here. But I'm not home right now. I have nothing here to show for all of this mess. When I get home, I'll straightened this out. Do not be too hasty to judge yet.

That is not corrected what coolfaced8 posted.

On the right of this logo, red flame-look shape picture and a car with hand holding key along with roll carpet picture that coolfaced bought from istockphoto.com, in the middle text are from free font generator at cooltext.com that she gave me.

I use my Adobe Photoshop to put two images (red logo) or (car w/red carpet) and jpeg font image together into one gif transparent logo. It is my craftmanship custom logo, no way from either istockphoto or cooltext by itself, must create one.

I have my proof raw Photoshop files (PSD) that has multiple layers mentioned above. Ask any experienced graphic designer to know what I talk about how to create header logo creatively.

Anyway, there are other imp issues to address and I'll be doing so soon.

I have both pics that I purchased and the original logo, I will post them online when I get home, you can explain what craftmanship you did afterwards.

This is the least imp of all the other allegations here.

You did not make those logo. That was inspired logo that he gave me. I contracted the logo to a third party to enhance the graphics and it was a finished product before I sent you the files. The other picture is from istockphoto.com.

You did nothing with those files. ANd I never did anything with microsoft paint either. I did not make that logo. I only sent you the files so you can install them.

Mr Jac-During's bill still remains outstanding.

There were things that frustrated the intentions of paying this bill. And both HSBC bank's communications, and Google checkout funds that google still has since Nov 2008 will be published here when I get home. It was meant to fund the Pinkequity's Business account that Siena opened on my behalf. But I kept having tech problems and kept emailing google why my fund's was taken out of my account, but failed to reach the account it was intended for. Before I found out that I was not even listed as a signatory on my own Company's account! I confided all of this loose ends to HSBC US, and they advise me to take ownership of my company as soon as possible.

I also emailed the guy at one time if he has paypal so I can pay his bill via paypal, but he said No. I am in New york and cannot access a lot of docs here, but will surely do after I get home. I have honestly forgotten about this bill since then.

There are things we discussed in private about how to handle the issue of T***y(Uspry1), and some of them you sent me via email, and on skype too, but  I will never allow this pressure force me to disclose anything here.

I am not in tango with Tessy. I am, still, dealing with Siena.

And I can go on and on and fight and defend myself and come clean but then what? You'd still be hurting. Only a deep personal and profound wound will make a man go to this extent you're going.
