what offer is the MD referring to?. . . .our journalist and their goofs. the story does not capture enough to make sense of the offer that provides lower payment option apart from the new rates. |
Reasons for sale - 1. Its a fast moving vehicle - ask motor dealers (even the road side hustler car sellers) how many camry 2007-2011 they have sold. inspired may help yu out on that. 2. It acquired a status level in major companies thus it flooded the market (official cars. . .rentals e.t.c) and surely a time would come for them to be sold off 3. Good re-sale value in Nigeria. most peeps bought the car (tokunbo) for N2.7m to N3.1m and after 4 years (well maintained) are still being offered around N1.7m - N2m for the cars. . . .good deal. only few cars used in naija have that re-sale value ratio to cost however well maintained. As someone said earlier. . . .how you maintain the car matters, almost every car you google on has a complaints history that'l always give you a second thought bout buying them. |
Jarus: IMPORTANT NOTICEi think this is better. . . . .by this, less stress and would be more enriching in gaining invaluable understanding about whatever is discussed. may Allah guide us right! |
i believe watbas offer of his office in ikeja would have been very ideal - space, private, proximity to mosque, parking lot and eatery around, cost saving. it goes beyond the meal but the ambiance, serenity and privacy of the venue where members can freely chatter, network and increase religious knowledge from discussions without the consideration of various factors such as - time, disturbing privacy of other users around and cost. as it stands, we'l need people to offer quick suggestions and take prompt decision to aid those willing to attend in planning ahead. May Almighty Allah bless us all and accept our fast and deeds during this holy month as acts of iba'dah |
regina George wins her heat. She gets a good lane for the semi-final. She means business. Her heat was fast, so Lara Omotosho is out! Good for Nigeria with Regina. @hollandis, lets meet tomorrow at the stadium...
omolara omotosho made it as best losers . . . .so we still have 2 flag-bearers. George can still go better than her qualifying time and rooting for her to make it through the semi. |
do some people even comprehend what they read first before posting a response? i'm sure some on the responses are not after reading Gbajabiamila's response - 1. Was he convicted in a law court for a criminal offence? NO!. . . so where is the 'criminal' tag coming from? 2. Did he abscond? NO. . . .else how would the Georgia bar have been able to communicate him at his lagos address. he left a forwarding address. Abscondees don't have forwarding address 3. Has he been to Georgia after that? YES. . . .to clear his name and set records right taking full responsibility of what happened. Its a professional misconduct and ethics issue. every professional association sanction its members for varying violations even when its committed by someone in your employ. 4. Is he barred from entering the US? NO. . . .absconded convicts cant enter the US freely without facing the wrath of the law 5. Can he still practise LAW in Georgia? YES. . . .a criminal would not have this right 6. Was he found guilty of professional misconduct? YES. . . . he owned up to this but does this make him convict? NO 7. Is this story new? NO. . . .its in his biography released to the public It is left for discerning minds to see between the lines. . . .efforts by faceless groups like this further puts GEJ in bad public opinion. the timing of the allegation and shallowness of the minds that are putting these allegations forward. they still need to learn the theatrics of fighting dirty politics! |
do you have an official address where clients can come meet you? |
@envee yu have mail |
@envee i think i agree with those that believe you're sitting on a goldmine and its rally you not hving a way around selling your service well. utilise NL in advertising - use the event and fashion threads in selling what you van and upload a few of your works with contact details. of a 20 enquiries you'l get, 1 or 2 would be serious. Anyways, i would like see your designs, maybe i might need your service for my home soonest.best of luck! |
Kim still got her game. . . . .good movement and balance around the baseline. Would she get back to the mix? time will tell. guess i'l root for her after my love - Sharapova |
with Venus, Wozniacki and Stosur out. . . . .its most likely gonna be a Serena/Sharapova affair this year. . . .2 experienced grass courters. |
Wozniacki dumped out by Paszek. . . .she too dey fall person hand jor. . . .mscheeeewwww! |
Round 2 Federer Vs Fognini. . . .live! 2-0 in 1st set alreadi. another practice match for Fed after the 6-1,6-1,6-1 first round win |
Still available? if YES, what's title? |
how can you be reached without any contact details ? |
Guy, posts like this wont attract serious property buyers. you need give details of property. . . .than this vague post you have here. Any serious buyer reading this will see you as a time waster and mere property jobber. step up your game! |
Another timely piece. i almost bought a house around a suburb in egbeda area. A newly built house of about 3 years but the search revealed it was under FAAN acquisition. The vendors agent was of opinion it doesnt matter as pple have been living in that area for years but my lawyer advised against it. What if tomorrow, FAAN decides to take it over nko? Well, i have moved on and recently got involved in another property around Ikosi and this acquisition thing came up again during the search but this time around, its was under the ratification clause lands of lagos. now i'm smiling. . . .thanks to lawyer ![]() What i have over time realised is that we property buyers sometimes allow our sentiments affect our decision and easily swayed by what people (omo-onile and agents who have stake in the commission they will get) say at expense of professional advise which even if you are paying for is better than losing millions in future. |
lakeside50: @ coolguyz,Okay ooooo anyways, happy "hopeful" sales there are 2 NL users currently laffing now cos u seem to be on looooong thing. . .! |
This same house that has been SOLD? ![]() so much for time-waster agents like you guys. i guess you walk up to the vendor residing there or his lawyer in Oregun to get updated information! |
Santino1: where did you and fredoooo get the idea that Fed won in 09 because Rafa was injured? get your facts right, Rafa was thoroughly beaten by Soderling who was having the greatest run of his life then, making it to his first slam final before losing to Fed. Regarding the bolded, how many ATP 1000 is played on grass? None.....so give Fed a break, he is just one behind Rafa.He lost to Soderling in the 4th round. Nadal was very humble in that he should have retired as he had a bad knee injury. . . .dont tell me you've forgotten his knee troubles of 2009 that started from the Aussie opens and the family issues he had then as his parents were about having a divorce. Its no excuse though, he lost it but to date it is on record that Federer has lost 4 french opens final to a single person - nadal! A fit nadal at 2009 fench opens would also have made the usual meat of fed. . . its a FACT! |
fredoooooo: yes , after he lost to djokovic in the semifinal , he said during the press conference that Rafa is the favourite . federer should thank his star that rafa was injurd that year that he won roland garros , otherwise he will still be chasing it till todayYou should know federer could be a sore loser atimes. . . .though i root Nadal but i ddnt expect him to say that then. Anyways, we're climbing the slam ladder - Federer 16 Sampras 14 (never won at roland garros) Emerson 12 Borg 11 Laver 11 Nadal 11 At the strength he's showing xcept for injuries, the slam record is very very feasible. . . .5 years project! Currently holds the record for 21 ATP 1000 masters. . . .with more still looming. By time this chap retires, there'l be many records set to be chased! |
Nadal has stopped 2 number 1s' from getting the almighty Slam Dunk in the open era. Stopped federer on this court 3 times in the finals when Fed could have had the whole 4 slams as he was literally ruling other surfaces and now Novak. . . .i'm sure federer rooted for his tennis nemesis - Nadal to win as he wont want that record he attempted thrice and failed to be broken on 1st try by Novak. . . . |
@Kezzy 24 "and the next record for you to break: Dreaming than Joseph himself" Federer is gonna have it difficult getting additional grand slam. . . .he should try matching/surpassing Nadal's ATP masters record cos the crop of guys coming up show no respect. Nadal with 11slams at his age can still go for another 5years (20 slams) and is the likely clear choice to break it cos Novak is still far down the slam chain, its not impossible for Nadal to score 8/20 of the slams given newer players and drop in form in the next 5years with more French Open slams guaranteed! . . . .i'm dreaming on already! |
sadyeek: yeah, but novak came back very strong, winning 8 games in a row! Dude if there's anything novak can. Do is a late come back when the opponent is starting to undergo fatigue. Nadal is very strong and built player that is very hard to contend with in the begining of a match! That was his upper hand came back rested. Am so sad! Djokovic : "I started to lay better in the 3rd set. I hoped to play a 5th set. The 1st interruption helped me. Not the 2nd" at his press conference. This tells you he himself knew the rain break helped him else he would have been taken apart in 3str8 sets. so, now that the break favoured nadal as he came back rejuvenated, you're now screaming blue murder. haba! give it to him. . . nadal won! |
sadyeek: worst final ever!cos Novak lost abi? ![]() Those who know tennis know this has been an incredible final with both players set to put their names on history! |
sadyeek: am mega pissed! The officials mssd up, why prostpone!? Took the speed out of novak.did you watch from beginning yesterday? the first rain break gave Novak the momentum too cos he was being torn apart before the break after the 1st 2 sets. . . . you can help urself reading up earlier posts. no excuses please! |
next record to break is that 16grandslam. . . .number 11 was bitter sweet |
NADAL rules the clay |
can he make it ? |
Nadal finally hold serve at 6-5. . . .novak to serve now. very interesting game so far. . . .there may be twist in this match. Novak showing some late spirited efforts and Nadal clearly still boiling from the contested point. can he break this serve for the set? 5mins or so will tell from now! |
Nadal showing signs of frustration over a contested point. . . not good for the momentum he's started with |
coolguyz: funny, both players consulted to have a minute break. . . .returned to court and novak took his serve. scores now 4-4 and you wont believe it. . .SUN just shine up from nowhere oooo!5-5 i meant to type! |
soonest.
