Ukeachu1:ok. I hail too |
Girls get more than guys in school. But there are exceptions too but that does not mean that you must become the latest Olosho. |
Ukeachu1:SOMESSIAN. How did you put ur info and which set |
Nice question OP. |
How can someone call for sanction of his own country. Na wa for APC,i want this election not to be postponed again but for someone that should have the interest of the country in mind calling other country to hurt his own his plaining power hungry and wicked. |
bmdflo:I just check my name for that senate approved list section. Na no record found i see. Me just wan relax first make other people check 2 b4 i act. |
gerrisson:i think it is for everybody but i am not absolutely sure |
gerrisson:sincerely, i don't know o. |
bmdflo:You are right. No mind me joor. Is it the senate approved list section you checked |
bmdflo:My detail too was boldly written for batch c last year but i was not mobilized. You should hope that your school senate did send your name as those approved for this batch. |
If they were bh as you claimed, they would have pulled a surprise attack on the president. What would BH gain having a member that close without wanting to kill the president. This your analysis is stupid and you are trying to put your personal and political interest ahead of Nigeria. |
Na pics no b like people wey dey run o |
efetotalman1:ok. |
Sorry for your ill treatment. Why would you want to grab a police officers weapon, do you think he would let you disarm him. You should have simply let things lie or simply memorize his name and number then sue him to court if you have the money. From your testimony, you said that you were on his way and he enquired why you blocked him, you responded and he felt insulted, then he pushed you. From this part you would have acted wisely but you chose to fight him even trying to disarm him. Guy if na USA, dat police officer go shoot you to death. Please people, know when to form macho abeg. |
Nairaland is a very broad site where everything can be deliberated, i fear if some certain person wins the next election and decides to gag press freedom. |
Originalsly:ok. Cool |
Originalsly:I agree with you that this is a short time fix but the way you presented your fact would not make people take your recommendation, you sound so antagonistic. NA is doing well and also the aliance with our neughbours have been wonderful and i give kudos to this government for pushing this agenda of our neighbours supporting this fight. |
But APC should know that not everybody would support them same for PDP. So they should stop trying to cover things that would paint the m bad. If people protest against you for a just cause it is left for you to address their point. This also goes for PDP |
signz:LOL. Even though i don't want our troops on the ground in Libya because of the complicated nature of that country. We could support in terms of logistics and finance but your suggestion of mining and digging trench on our Northern border is a military blonder. It would make your troop fixed and slow in case of a fast attack. This is the tatics France used during world war2 and we know how the german defeated them in less than 3 month. |
Their is no problem in doubting but they said that they are Borno elders, they should be the ones to know what is happening in their environment. The military too can do some publicity stunt by helping media house propagate their success by showind the liberated towns. God bless Nigeria, God bless the president of Nigeria. |
Going into Libya is not about ISIS. Presently Libya is a warlord country with different faction having their own portion of Libya. The central government of Libya has no real power over its territory and therefore they are looking for backers to fight all this different group. Presently all Nigeria should do is to clearly state that they support the fight against ISIS and by sharing intelligence with Egypt and could still finance a certain part of the operation. But for boot on the ground, i totally disagree, because the conflict in Libya is more complicated than what Egypt had just painted and we have our immediate problems. They should have just left Ghadaffi, he was no threat to any Africa state and he was totally against Terrorist groups. In summary, Nigeria should pledge support for the fight against DAESH and possibly finance some aspect but our focus should be on how to defeat BH in our land. |
Why is this guy always spewing rubbish now i retrench my little sympathy that i had for him when FFK finished him. This is a very stupid statement Amechi. |
Interesting, but if his visit was total rubbish why the panic |
zingywingy:Funny enough the same people who ruled Nigeria for that long are still the same people propagating Buhari (Atiku, Obasanjo and all former pdp leaders) my question therefore would be how is the change going to happen and can't it be argued that this government is doing something right to frustrate the greedy interest of this individuals. |
zingywingy:Abeg, don't lie or say things you know nothing about. How can you compare Imo to Enugu. I schooled in Futo and i know Enugu well. Enugu is far better than Imo. |
You are bigoted, i was also given point about Jonathan's achievement and the only thing one of the guy could say is Igbo's are stupid and the rant that they would never be president same as you are just saying. Why is it ok that majority of northerners would support Buhari and it is bad for most Igbos to support Jonathan. The question should be, why do they appeal to a certain kind of group. That is the beauty of democracy, Obama is the president of USA because he appealed more to Blacks and non-white americans and they voted him in compared to his republican opponent. In Ukraine the former president was voted in by his section of the country but his opposition from the other part ousted him from office and we know how that country is fairing today. Most People in the eastern region see him as someone that has their interest in heart and they are ready to stick with him. |
Op, greatest Futoites. Finished from mech eng. I am proud of your achievement even though i am just hearing it for the first time. Politics aside anybody who would want you to vote a person you have not met should think twice. I have friends and they are stunch APC fans and sincerely i would never try changing them because the local government chairman who is an APC member tarred their road. When i see people choose candidates because of what the individual or party had imparted in them, i respect such chioce. I would vote Jonathan not because of propaganda but because of his policies and person and how they affect me. Front page abeg! |
all region. |
Nice thread, so many people have raised very potent points but i would say that i don't believe the northern elites would want to loose their power and influence over their subject. The best way is for those educated ones that is doing fine should once in a while go back home, engage in community sensitization, then contribute to the building and development of education in their villages by making sure they understand the benefit of education. Believe you me that the people of that area would readily accept such a move from their son or daughter. |
But the people backing Buhari were those same people who ruled Nigeria in PDP(1999-2007). So how would their be change. |
adconline:I remember vivdly when SLS said he was defending naira with the foreign reserve but they stopped because it was not sustainable, google it and do some research for yourself. The fall in naira coincides with the fall in oil prices and you could check other OPEC countries without robust savings. My own take is that they should do anything to make sure that Naira regains it value. |
Nice one guys. For those that registered online with last year batch c and were not mobilized. Would they have to register online again this year. |
