What can I combine with folic acid to ensure baby isn't lacking anythingg ( am only 6weeks gone)

if you have registered in a hospital, u would be given ur prenatal drugs(folic, calcium,blood capsules). i have never used pregnacare in any of my pregnancies. Meanwhile, Folic alone at this stage is okay. I only used folic acid and when i registered at 12 weeks, I was given other drugs.
