There were some plot holes and unresolved issues like nobara and the gravity/black hole girl. Still a solid anime though.

I want talking about general quality. I was taking about anime/manga that have weaker writing compared their fight scenes.

Solo Leveling's writing is brainrot and JJK is miles ahead in every way.

Nah, JJK squandered its potential when it decided to become a powerscaler manga after the Shibuya arc.

Wasted characters, plot points that led nowhere, worldbuilding that went nowhere, main characters that went through the whole manga without having a character arc, protagonists losing 50 battle IQ to prolong the final flight, etc.

Gege introduced some really cool characters and concepts that got our hopes up but somehow kinda lost the plot asking the way. Still a fantastic first project and I'm looking forward to his future stuff.

Who is releasing new seasons every year these days? Seems like studios (read: Mappa) would rather animate 10 season 1s before animating a season 2.

Back in the good ole days when men were still men and weebs were still weebs, Studio Pierrot would release episodes faster than the manga could release new chapters. Then they'd start making filler episodes much to the standard of the fanbase. Believe it or not, we used to complain about too many new episodes.

Never in my history of watching wrestling did i see someone get destroyed like that and he did nothing about it standing face to face with the man who did it. Don't just tell me, show me any time that has happened in the history of the business.

John Cena did CMPunk no wrong? Once again for the casuals out there, that was part of what the pipebomb promo was about. During the promo, Punk said that John Cena wasn't the best wrestler but was the best at kissing Vince McMahon's ass. Now, heel Cena is kissing The Rock's ass, thus proving his point.

Furthermore, this is Cody's fight right now, so Punk isn't getting involved directly. However, this opens the door to potential feuds down the line. Because if you want the payoff of long-term storytelling, then you probably understand the concept of setup.

I know this is days late but I just recently saw Punk's highly acclaimed promo after Chamber, and I need someone to help me with this answer - what was his business attacking Rock and Cena; Rollins made him lose right, not Rock or Cena(aside that he was his opponent) right, right?

For the casuals out there, this is long-term storytelling. In 2012, CMPunk had his WrestleMania main event spot taken by Cena and Rock. Now that they are both outright heels, he gets a well-deserved "I told you so".

I'm actually starting to dislike online shonen anime/manga discourse these days. People seem to want to talk about character or story less these days, just who is a "fraud", who has "aura".

Probably a boomer moment from me but I look back fondly at the days anitubers and anime fans alike would overanalyze everything.

He didn't struggle with Tozawa and Otis sha, he barely even broke a sweat with Otis. If they were booking him like that since with regular random matches his reign would have been far better than it is now.

Bro, we had Otis doing the worm in that match and actually hitting it. Otis is waaaay too much of an undercard comedic jobber to be getting that level of offence against someone who is supposed to be an in-ring virtuoso.

The match with Axiom was a better showcase

I really wanted Jey to have his crowning moment but now I'm not so sure.

Gunther, on the other hand, has been booked weirdly. First of all, losing visually to Damien Priest. Then losing to Cody Rhodes. Afterwards, going through a phase where he seems to be doubting himself only for that to lead to nowhere. Now he's back to his arrogant self but struggling to beat Tozawa and Otis.
