Personally, I think he is a mid-card wrestler that has been over pushed to the top, and now he is there he can't excel because he is mid in everything. His promos are stale and repetitive and his ring work just upsets me, especially that lame ass finisher.

It just feels like a consolation price for em at this point.
This a wrong move especially for smackdown where folks are barely featured due to the time length and bloodline saga.
The women's division doesn't need a midcard title due to the fact they have lesser depth as than the men. NXT Is the lone exception because it has stronger women's division than men. Their male roster was cleared by the last WWE draft.

Liv Morgan has barely defended her title against anyone besides Rhea Ripley since she won it in May this year.What have the other women been doing on sidelines?
We all know the women's tag titles is only being featured prominently because of the caliber of Jade and Bianca.
The male tag titles across both brands haven't been defended on Ppv since they were split at wrestlemania, due to the five match PPV card format.
Creating more titles won't fix poor booking.
