WE NEED LEADERS NOT RULERS Yes, he lead cows but yet he is not leading from behind, they follow him, he is their bearing, the cows are diverse; white, black, and brown....male, female etc. Yet they trust him completely. Yet he is a small boy and even shoeless. But they don't care because they know he is interests in them as well, for, he milks them and satisfied his needs. And he in turn takes them kilometres to greener pasture for grazing, and he dosn't eat their food. His self confidence emantes from the fact that he knows they defend on him. There is mutual trust between them and that they wosn't hurt him. This is great example of leadership. There's so much to learn there. 1 Like
