The political structure,
security model,
value system
Rewards pattern
Above all, creation of job,the government should devote 50% of the budget toward job creation.
The system has been left to rot for too long hence the negative effact .If things are not handle properly, things will reach a crisis situation.

These nollywood actors/actresses, comedians were seen as celebrities by the larger society, hence, it opens a lot of doors for them, like,corporate endorsement, contracts, MCs etc
