I think I understand the bolded.... We are swing traders trying to compete with day traders and scalpers. Of course it messes with the psychology because a normal swing setup takes days or weeks to complete but in the contest, that rush for competition may not let us stay focused to see the setup completed and we become "trigger happy" most especially for us inexperienced swingers.

With better experience, we would be able to manage the contest.

Just as I have hoped for, today is gonna end bearish though still in its range, my short continues and will check again by tomorrow's close. At this point, if a big reversal happens tomorrow, I have a buffer already.

I need a big bearish daily candle close at that rejection area with a wick to the upside.
