The PH-Enugu rail line is still up and running other.

The rail line connects Onne Port down to Enugu.

As you said, this is clout chasing.

Even if they complete this inland river port , how effective will it be year round knowing that river flows drastically reduce during the dry season.

What of security? You will see pirates along the river route hijacking vessels.

Then being very shallow waters, only low bearth vessels can navigate this water ways. Will they offload from ocean going container vessels onto smaller vessels or barges ?

A simple rail network will solve this issue.

As for your concluding statement on them not going back home ,you are dead spot on.

What is there in the yeast ?

Absolutely nothing.

They are Just chasing clout πŸ’― . But whether they like it or not, things will not continue like this , Nigeria will eventually restructure . People are already getting tired of their bullshiits

My father and uncles killed, starved and conquered igbos to stop them from stealing people's land.
No one will stop you if you leave with your landlocked 5 plots.

Politics / Why Not Rail Line From Onne Port To SE Instead? by Corn247: 2:01pm On Oct 01, 2023
There are already useless Sea and river ports around SE, Onitsha river port, onne port, akwa ibom ports etc.. Now some people are talking about "sea" port in aba even though there is no sea around the place.

Anyone who has sense will know that you guys are just clowning and you are still hell bent on migrating in mass to other people's land and be causing trouble there "instead" of staying in your underdeveloped region in peace and develop it.

If you think "importing or exporting of goods " is the only reason you mass migrate to others people land and you wish to stay in your region in peace. Then it makes sense to just connect a rail line to those ports that are close to you and import your goods in peace.

Any other idea is obviously clowning, that is ; you do not really wish to stay in your region but know that sooner or later the choice will not be yours to make because obviously others cannot just be developing their space while some group will just mass migrate there to destroy it in the name of "one Nigeria".

It's not inferiority complex bro

It's more like illiteracy and low IQ on your part, because you don't seem to understand what a country means.

They thought things like that in primary school, but I can refresh your memory.

In a country, the citizens are free to live whereever they want.

I know it sounds confusing to you, but one day, after lots and lots of hard work, you will get it.

Lol exercise in futility.
Did you know Igbos use to have about x2 of Yoruba population in 1960's. But now there are more Yorubas than igbos.. infact more than 40 million people now speak Yoruba in Nigeria while just a Little above 20 million speak igbos.
That means you will all be yoruabanized in the nearest Future and there will be nothing like Igbo.
No matter how you try, no where in Yoruba can be igboland...it is not possible again, all those kids you see schooling in SW will marry Yoruba men and the cycles continues..
