I think the main advantage is that when you walk into a place you might be the only person using such a brand, but the issue is when it spoils, are the parts readily available, that's where other popular brands like TECNO, Samsung, etc have an edge

infinix phones shouldn't be compared to Tecno

To a very large extent , TECNO is widely accepted in Nigeria before some other brand.

Every now and then we experience those utterly frustrating moments when out smartphones just freezes up and refuses to respond to any commands again,at times like these, you struggle with the restrain yourself from just smashing the phones on the wall in total disgust, however there are tons of reasons why your phone freezes when in use.

Some of the reasons why your mobile phones stop responding when in use rages from having a low memory to having a slow processor or even due to the applications in use, having a low RAM space or problem related to poor internet connections might also be reasons.

Imagine when you are in the middle of that interesting game or trying to catch up with the trends on social media and then your phones just stops working, that can be frustrating right? Well, you need not worry anymore because i have got some tips here to see through those moments where you need your phone to be working efficiently.

1) Turn off your Device : Your device is an electronic device, and just like any electronic device, a restart can be the first step to solving your problems. It works like sleep in the human body where you feel refreshed when ever you wake up, restarting may vary in different devices, for Apple devices like the iPhone X and iPhone 11, just press and hold the side and volume button until the power command appears, for other earlier versions, hold the side button until the power command comes up.
For Android devices like the Camon 12 Air, holding the power button does the trick, certain others will require you to hold down the lower volume button and power button simultaneously while in some cases you would have to remove the battery if the devices permits that.

2) Delete freezing Apps : Certain apps have the tendencies of freezing your device as these apps may not be suited for your device or may have certain programming bugs, you can delete these apps by long pressing the apps then uninstalling them or visiting Google play-store, then name of app and then uninstalling them completely, these should help with the freezing.

3) Update your System Software : Certain freezing in your mobile devices are caused by a glitch in your system software, for most Android devices, updates come with your carrier, with newer devices receiving more updates regularly. When you want to carry out updates, ensure you have enough space and power to carry out the updates. to carry it out, go to settings, then about phone, click on system updates and download any updates available.

4) Free up Storage Space : Lack of storage space is one major cause of device freezing, this may be due to tons of videos and pictures in your phone storage, or even hidden junk files you cannot locate. you can free up space by transferring data to another device like a PC and deleting them or even getting an SD card to boost storage. certain apps too like the Phone Master app may come in handy to search for and delete junk files.

5) Reset your Phone : This usually comes in as the last resort when other methods have proven futile, before embarking on this, make sure you have backed up important files in your phone to avoid loss of such important files. Factory resetting your device deletes everything on it bringing it to almost brand new and its default settings, you will then have to set up your phone like you just got it to the way you want.

It is a known fact that every smartphone user wants their device to work smoothly and efficiently so just in case at any time you face hitches or hanging i just hope these tips help to solve such freezing problems you may be experiencing.
