I thing the OP learnt that lesson the hard way. |
If the photos are too large you should take screenshots, then crop and post the screenshots. These photos are completely disproportionate and do no justice to this vehicle. |
Don't stop at python. Get certified all the way. Self teach where you can, take courses where you can. Let the medical undergraduates strut about with that chip on their shoulders. When reality sets in and your certifications get you those jobs and you start your independent outfits, you'll be the one paying their salaries. |
Who's this clown quoting me? Did you read where I emphasized getting additional skills and qualifications over just regular classroom engineering? I'm not about to start a medicine vs the whole world debate with you. To the OP whose opinions are the only ones IGAF about, consider your options and make your decisions. The thousands of doctors that leave Nigeria every single year have the right ideas. Let the ones that wish to parade stethoscopes around and get paid peanuts have a field day. Medicine in Nigeria is Overrated If you don't like that go do something about it and don't whine to me. |

VIN please. Thanks. |
Danovaks:And the VIN? |
VIN and mileage and location please |
ARCHEMEDESME:Never compromise your dreams and your passion for pecuniary purposes. Medicine is overrated, especially if you intend to pursue a career in Nigeria. As for Engineers not earning much, total respect to your mum and parents, but sometimes their opinions are reactionary and not totally accurate. The important thing is to get as much knowledge and as many skills and professional courses and certifications as you can. You're self-teaching python, so that's already a great step. Don't constrain or limit yourself to classroom engineering. Those are the 'engineers' that your mum believes do not 'earn much'. If you abandon your passion to foray into some other course, you may end up regretting that decision, if your interest isn't primary or genuine. You do not want to live a life of regrets. Of course you could proceed and find a way to strike a balance. Good luck with that though. |
wahleay:The limitation is for 4 photographs at once. You can make subsequent posts and post more photos. |
Coolcash1:He doesn't post the VINs. He sometimes posts 'purchase' photographs, which I've always opined are unnecessary and can be deceptive or misleading. Nobody 'disturbs' him because he has garnered a lot of goodwill from forum members, based on his precedents. That seems not to be the case anymore. |
gazmann:That's okay. We're really not. |
https://www.nairaland.com/240841/rhd-lhd-conversion-facts Read the thread above. About the VIN comment, it's possible to get information about the region, country, city and plant where a vehicle was manufactured, from the VIN. With this information it would just be a matter of looking for other signs, depending on the level of thoroughness of the conversion process. Wipers, emergency brakes, transmission levers, etc. This comment is in general terms. There are specific instances where knowing the vehicle origin may not necessarily indicate the factory driving position. |

Kingsoul1:Provide the VIN and I will indicate the factory driving position. Even without the VIN, and with 'perfect' conversion, the tell tale signs are always there. |

wahleay:What are you on about? There's no limit to how many photographs of your vehicle You can post. The point is to include the necessary details, once the barest minimum acceptable standard has been met, you're at liberty to post as many photos as you wish. |
This is just incredibly silly. So unprofessional and downright dangerous. Just look at those muzzles sweeping the entire room and everyone in it. Bystanders included. That rifle is probably still loaded. The magazine is probably still right there. Even if they did manage to detach it, I'm sure there may still be one left in the chamber. And the other 'officers' struggling with an armed man for his rifle, and holding theirs, which are all probably loaded, with the charging handle back and set to fully automatic. Just look at this dangerous foolishness. Who gave these untrained and dangerous animals firearms? The very next thing would be a press release citing 'accidental discharge'. Accidental discharge with a Long gun is the height of stupidity and lack of basic firearm training. The primary firearm safety rule is and has always been, Always keep the gun pointed in safe direction Such Foolishness. Until the idiots that 'train' these people and the systems that regulate them start to consider any 'Accidental Discharge' as Negligent Discharge, this impunity will continue unabated. |
