@Fidelo726, i understood u, i dont have the drawing with me now, nd i want to make it small like BQ b/c i may start to build Duplex infront of the BQ in next 2yrs by the special grace of GOD.So what i want is an estimate so that i will use it to monitor them cos am far from them.I dont think i will see the house b/4 they finish it cos am 2busy now.
