Be careful about the secular songs you listen to. Especially, Oldies from the 80s. If you are familiar with how the Spirit realm works, you will know that Music is a means of Transportation for Spirits. The specific songs that summoned Demons were mentioned in the below Video.
This thread will be dedicated to the many Real life experiences of many people who have had encounters/experiences with God, Jesus, Satan and Demons. These stories will not be too long so that you can watch and listen.
I am making this thread because I am passionate about this subject and I can relate to them as I also have had some experiences. I am doing this because these experiences are important to be shared for the Body of Christ as we are all in the End times and this is not the time to play. This is the time to give our Lives to Christ and follow him. We are in the End times and there is going to be a massive shift in the world which will require the Body of Christ to fully rely on God and Jesus. This is not the time to be Lukewarm. If you do not have an intimate relationship with God and Jesus It is time to act Now!.
wumiwumi100: You’re spot on 👌. Any religion that truly represents God won’t need to twist His Word. Yet the Governing Body changed verses in the New World Translation to fit their doctrines. Revelation 22:18-19 warns clearly against adding or removing from God’s Word. That alone shows JW can’t be the “one true religion.” I don read the thread since last year, you really did a solid job.
Thanks for your kind words. I had to create that thread for PIMOS and the public to prove to outsiders that they were very right about the JW Bible. There was a testimony I listened to from an Ex Satanist turned Christian who exposed the JW Bible and where it truly comes from. He said it's production is actually from a Satanic Temple hence the many manipulations in it. He said he saw the JW Bible there and warned people to stay away from it. I can't seem to find the testimony to listen to it again.
Another point to add to your thread is the Source of the JW doctrines also proves them to be False. The source is From the Occult. That's another Red flag. Rutherford actually exposed how they form their doctrines in old JW Publications. He claimed That when Jesus selected the organization in 1919, he took the away the Holy Spirit then replaced their source of spiritual food with Angels. So, taking away the Holy Spirit tallies with what the Governing body said about they not been inspired by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, their doctrines are not from the Holy Spirit which contradicts what Jesus said about him giving we Christians the Holy Spirit to teach and guide us to all truth. Rutherford said these Angels give to the Anointed class supernatural messages. It is also from these Angels they got all those false Prophecies which tells you the kind of Angels he is talking about. God implied in the Books of Zechariah 13 vs 2 and 1 John 4 vs 1 that False Prophets work with unclean spirits.
When Charles Taze Russell died, Rutherford claimed that even though he has died, he is still directing the organization from the dead. And one of the Governing members David Splane, repeated it in an Annual meeting talk. Rutherford also said that when some Anointed ones die, they also communicate spiritual truths from the dead. All of these is communication with the Dead. This is why JW doctrines change often because their source is not from the Holy Spirit as Jesus expects from Us.
Old JW Publications revealed a lot about the organization and they have revealed what they are many times but JWs are too asleep and are not allowed to read old Publications. There are also testimonies out there that have revealed the Occultic side of JW. When you read these old Publications plus investigate the JW organization and their history, you will understand why people out there regard the religion as A Cult.
wumiwumi100: Jehovah’s Witnesses (JWs) claim to be “the only true religion” and “God’s organization on earth.” But when you carefully look at their own history, teachings, and Watchtower publications, you see clear evidence that this is a man-made religion full of contradictions and falsehoods.
Below are 10 solid proofs, with references, that show Jehovah’s Witnesses is not the truth.
1. False Prophecies About 1914
The Watchtower taught that the world would end in 1914.
Watchtower 1894, July 15, p. 226: “The battle of the great day of God Almighty (Rev. 16:14) … is already begun, the gathering of the hosts is progressing, and it will end in A.D. 1914 with the complete overthrow of earth’s present rulership.”
Did the world end? No. JWs now claim 1914 was “the invisible return of Christ.” This is a classic flip-flop.
2. False Prophecy About 1925
They claimed Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and other “ancient worthies” would be resurrected in 1925.
Millions Now Living Will Never Die! (1920), p. 89: “1925 shall mark the return of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the faithful prophets of old.”
They even built a mansion in San Diego called Beth Sarim for them to live in. But 1925 passed and nothing happened.
3. False Hopes in 1975
The Watchtower strongly hinted the world would end in 1975.
Awake! Oct. 8, 1968, p. 14: “1960s generation will not pass away before the end of the present wicked system of things.”
Many sold houses, gave up careers. When nothing happened, the Governing Body blamed members for “reading too much into it.” (Watchtower, March 15, 1980, p. 17).
4. Changing Rules About Education
For decades, Watchtower condemned university education as “a waste of time” and “spiritually dangerous.”
Watchtower, Sept. 1, 1989, p. 13: “Young people, do not be deceived by worldly propaganda … a university degree will not guarantee you true success.”
Yet in July 2025, Governing Body Update #4, Stephen Lett admitted university is a personal decision. This proves it was never “God’s law” but man’s opinion that destroyed lives.
5. Flip-Flops on Blood Transfusions
In 1945, JWs banned blood transfusions, calling it against God’s law. Thousands died refusing it.
Yet they allow blood fractions today, like hemoglobin, plasma proteins, and albumin.
If the Bible truly bans blood, why are fractions okay? This inconsistency shows the rule was man-made, not divine.
6. Contradictions on Disfellowshipping
At first, JWs taught disfellowshipping was “unscriptural.”
Watchtower 1947, p. 141: “The church does not disfellowship for wrongdoing.”
Later, they made it a strict rule. Now, they even shun family members. This cruel policy changes based on the Governing Body’s mood, not scripture.
7. Pagan Customs Double Standard
JWs reject birthdays, Christmas, and New Year as “pagan.”
But now in 2025, Governing Body Update #4 said clinking glasses that originated from pagan is okay because the “meaning has changed.”
If clinking glasses is fine today, why not Christmas or birthdays, since their meanings have also changed? This is hypocrisy.
8. The Governing Body Claims Inspiration but Denies Responsibility
Watchtower, July 15, 2013, p. 20: Governing Body called themselves “the faithful and discreet slave.”
They claim to be God’s only channel. Yet when predictions fail, they say they are “not inspired.”
You can’t say “God is leading us” when things go right and then shift blame to men when things go wrong.
9. Protection of Child Abusers
JW policy forces two witnesses before action is taken. Many child abusers went free because of this rule.
Watchtower, March 1, 1997, p. 29: “Two witnesses are required in order to take action against one accused of wrongdoing.”
This policy has led to lawsuits and victims leaving in pain. A true religion would protect the vulnerable, not shield abusers.
10. Empty Kingdom Halls and Mass Exodus
Despite calling themselves the “fastest-growing religion,” numbers are dropping. Kingdom Halls are being sold worldwide.
Many members are waking up after seeing failed prophecies and hypocrisy. Online ex-JW communities (Reddit, YouTube, Facebook groups) grow daily.
A religion claiming to be the “truth” but losing followers by the thousands is exposing itself as false.
Final Thought
The Bible says at Deuteronomy 18:22: “If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken.”
By their own record, the Governing Body and Watchtower are proven false prophets. A religion that builds itself on failed prophecies, double standards, and human rules cannot be from God.
Jehovah’s Witnesses is not the truth. It is a false religion that traps people with fear and control, while hiding behind the name of God.
Nice breakdown. You forgot to add their Manipulations of scriptures involving adding and subtracting words found in their New World Translation Bible. I have a thread highlighting all the Bible verses they changed below;
wumiwumi100: I really agree with everything you said Courz. You spoke the plain truth. As for Max, I had to just block him because he is simply an unreasonable person. Anytime you raise a clear point, instead of answering directly, he will start diverting, twisting things, and talking off-topic. That’s hypocrisy. He refused to answer any of my questions with honesty and just kept writing gibberish.
The sad part is, this is exactly how blind loyalty works, ignoring facts, dodging questions, and defending what even the Governing Body themselves have quietly changed.
Just like you said the Governing Body misled people for years with the higher education doctrine, and now they want to act like nothing happened. No apology, no restoration for those humiliated or removed, no consideration for people who lost opportunities forever. That alone shows the danger of blindly following men who claim to speak for God.
Pride will not allow JWs to admit that their Governing body messed up with this change. Do you know that this change has happened before during Rutherford's time? Back then Rutherford banned Secondary school Education. He told JWS that there was no need to go to Secondary school because the world is ending soon. He said anyone pursuing Secondary school Education is seeking for riches and does not have his or her mind on the world ending. Therefore, JWs must choose either the Organization or Secondary school Education. Many JWS choose Secondary school and dumped the organization. They lost so many members worldwide. It was that serious. Nobody told Rutherford before he decided to reverse the doctrine. So, loss of members motivated Rutherford to change the doctrine. Loss of members means huge loss of money since the organization was a Business corporation and not a Religion at that time.
The same thing is happening now. The Governing body can see their Slow death happening and the Empty Kingdom Halls are increasing. So, they are rebranding the Cult to survive and keep the remaining JWs in. Their Business Model is not working.
wumiwumi100: If truly it has always been a personal decision, why did they step down men from being elders simply because their children pursued higher education?
I don't know if that guy understands English. This is the same question I have been asking over and over again but like Mad Max, he is dodging the question and reverting back to defending his Governing body. I don't know if I have been speaking German or English all this while. He will not answer you o. He will pretend you didn't ask these questions and start typing stories for you. Do JWs know the difference between Personal decisions and Coerced decisions? I don't think they do.
BIBLESPEAKS: All i have told you is true. From time immemorial, any of JW's who decide to go to the university have always gone and they were not removed from the congregation, many people here will testify that they had JW's course mates in the university. Many of them even made progress while in the university. I personally studied the bible with a course mate of mine while in the university and he got baptized a year after we graduated, now he is an elder.
An elder who sends his child (who's probably a minor and under his watch) to the university, away from his household may no longer qualify to serve as an elder (his deletion is not a certainty, as a couple of questions will be asked). The reason is that Elders from the context of the bible are shepherds or overseers of the flock which are God's people. Think of it as a literal shepherd with a flock of sheep. The shepherd keeps the sheep within his sight, guiding them for fear the wolves or a lion may attack. This is the role the elders play in the congregation who are the sheep. If the ungodly and immoral dangers of the university are undebated, the decision to send his child to the university where he does not have a spiritual oversight over him, disqualifies him from serving as an elder - 1Tim 3:4
But this is not what Bro. Splane was talking about in the video. He was talking about the decision to get a tertiary education....it has always been a decision a person was to make. I have been serving as an elder and i decided to start a doctorate program and the elders knew about it, in fact, there were two elders in the congregation who had PhD due to the fact that they were university lecturers, the congregation also knew about it until i was done with the program, there were a couple of students in my congregation in the university where I did my PhD. Did the program have a negative effect on my spiritual focus? No. During my PhD program, i was a regular pioneer. It has always been a decision for everyone to make, but the GB has always stressed the dangers of going to the university, listing other options as JW's continue to make a decision for themselves.
I am not interested in your long stories. Haba! What will it take you to answer my simple questions. If it is truly a personal decision to attend University, why are Elders and Ministerial servants who attend or who have children in University, removed from their positions? Use your Brain and think very well. The Brain is not for decoration. Why punish Elders and Ministerial servants who go for University Education? Why was University discouraged? Why is it that in conventions, they take the pain to organize demonstrations and interview JWs who forgo University in Order to sway or coerce you JWS TO DO THE SAME? Why are there demonstrations in conventions made to coerce you JWs to abandon University Education if it is truly a personal decision? I am not interested in your stories. Do Not Give me Stories. I want answers! Is it that during Conventions when they discourage University, you block your ears and pretend they are not saying anything?
BIBLESPEAKS: You were not one of JW or if you were, then you didn't understand the issue of higher education. My dad was an elder before his death in 2008. i went to the university from his house. This was because he wanted to still maintain spiritual oversight on me, he wanted to be under his watch as i attended the university so that i don't get corrupted. The university is a world of its own and many young ones have gone in and did to come out the same. My dad continued serving as an elder until his death. I know many elders, even until before the JW update, that sent their children to the university. The children go to the university from the house.
The issue here is whether the GB banned tertiary education. No they did not, as i had many JW who are students and still serve as elders and ministerial servants in school congregations. I was appointed a ministerial servant while i was in 200L. What the GB have always done is help JW see the dangers in higher education and this is also done by parents and guardians all over the world for their children who go to school.
All these your many talks are not necessary. You haven't answered my question. You are not a JW. You are lying. Because if you really are one, you would know this doctrine exists. Why are Elders and Ministerial servants removed from their positions if they attend University or their children attend University? What is the motive behind the removal? Why was University heavily discouraged before this Update?
BIBLESPEAKS: So do you mean to say that there hasn't been Jehovah's witnesses in the tertiary institution around the world all these years that you claim the GB of Jehovah's witnesses spoke against/banned higher Education among Jehovah's witnesses?
I am a JW and my dad before his death was an Elder in the congregation. I went to the university and all my folks who were JW's went to the university. I have a PhD and i have been serving as an elder for 15 years now.
It has always been a personal decision. The GB has always spoke about the dangers of higher education, they have not condemned it. They know the advantages and usefulness of secular education, they also know the disadvantages of it. What Bro. David Splane said in the video is just a clarification due to misconceptions around the "higher education" issue.
There's a public talk outline entitled: "Use Education to praise Jehovah." where emphasis is placed on using whatever education, including secular education to bring praise to Jehovah.
The GB has always stressed that in the grand scale of things, your secular education does not measure up to divine education and where is the lie there? Divine education will save your life, but we cannot say that about secular education. They have constantly put that in from of JW's without making decisions for them, that why i went to the university and still was spiritually minded enough to reach out for privileges of service.
So, what he said in the video is not new. He is just clarifying the issue because of some misconceptions. The GB have never banned tertiary education, they have only asked the JW to make sure their decisions regarding the matter bring glory to Jehovah.
Why are you lying? So, because the Governing body have admitted their error and now allow University Education, you want to deny this doctrine? For you to lie so boldly like this means in your mind, you truly are against this doctrine. It also means that you don't attend your conventions. Are you truly a JW? STOP IT. Elders and Ministerial servants are removed from their positions if they attend or their children attend University. You know this to be true. In my former congregation, the Coordinator avoids telling JWs his daughter is in the University simply because of this doctrine. Why are they removed if this doctrine doesn't exist? Why was my Father removed from his position as Elder because my Brother was in Law School? Please, try to have a little conscience when you lie. You JWs love to lie like your Governing body. If truly they never banned University, why are Elders and Ministerial servants punished because of it? Why is University always discouraged? Ask yourself questions o. Because more changes are coming. You better get ready. You have been scammed.
MightySparrow: Hahahahaha That is why I have always maintained that this organization against Jehovah is deluded.
I don't know why JWs even bother to show face here to argue. They are supposed to be ashamed of their doctrines and their Governing body for misleading them. Just imagine the many lives they have destroyed with this man made doctrine.
MightySparrow: I personally support the Governing Body' doctrine of illiteracy. They as the ONLY Bible knowing body with the pure religion do not want any corruption from the world of knowledge.
The Bible even says: Ps.62.9 - Surely men of low degree (HND, B. sc) ]are vanity and men of high degree (M.Sc, PhD, DSc): are a lie to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.
This world would soon translate to paradise. Why would you allow vanity and lie to go there?
cc: Janosky maximumSide, wumiwumi100
Hahahahahaha. Don't mind this people. They down play University yet they ask JWs who have attended to come to their headquarters and give them free services. Their Governing body are very confused people.
Janosky: The Government is encouraging youths & graduates to acquire viable Vocational skills which the JWs boldly support. But why do you prefer to wail about JWs GB preference, which in itself is lawful?
Abeg , go rest jare.
This means you are against this doctrine from your Governing body. Can you climb platform and announce to the whole JWS or during a convention this opinion of yours without been punished? Talk true for once. You love to lie to yourself. The last time I discussed this doctrine to you, you were busy denying that Elders and Ministerial servants are removed because of this doctrine. I even showed you evidence. Now look at your Governing body telling you they were wrong about this doctrine. What lesson have you learned so far? As a JW, are you to take what the Governing body say as correct knowing they can lead you astray? Shey your eye don open now! Your fellow JWS are now complaining because of this change. I told you more changes are coming and here we are. Is your Governing body going to apologize to JWs that they offended with that doctrine? The lives they destroyed with that doctrine. Are they going to stop removing Elders and Ministerial servants? What plans do they ha e for JWs who didn't go to the University since they have lost many opportunities? Is this a fair thing to do, to ask people to avoid University then turn around and say they are now allowed to do so knowing very well you have destroyed their lives? It is time you start asking yourself questions because this is not the end. More changes are coming.
bolabizzle: MaxInDHouse doesn't believe those news of molesting are real. He said since non have happened in Nigeria then it is fake news. What do you think of that?
But he believes the same news if it is about the Catholic Church that they hate the most. Hypocrisy.
wumiwumi100: One of the most painful topics many Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t openly discuss is the Governing Body’s past position on higher education.
For decades, the official message from Watchtower publications and congregation talks was that higher education was dangerous, spiritually risky, and not necessary for a good life. Many parents were strongly advised not to allow their children to pursue university education. Instead, Witness youths were told to go into trades, short vocational courses, or full-time religious service.
The result? Thousands of young people gave up opportunities that could have improved their lives, careers, and even their ability to care for their families. Many parents now look back with regret, realizing that their children could have had a better future if not for the pressure that came from the organization’s teachings at the time.
But what is even more concerning is this: the Governing Body has now “updated” its position. In the latest update 5, they say higher education is now a matter of personal choice, and no one should be judged for pursuing it.
So what happens to all the lives that were already affected by the previous teachings? What about the brothers and sisters who stayed away from school, only to find themselves struggling in today’s world? Can they get those years back? Can they rebuild the opportunities lost?
This is why it’s important to ask:
If the Governing Body is guided by God, why do their “understandings” change after many lives have already been negatively affected?
Shouldn’t individuals have the freedom to decide what is best for themselves and their children without fear of being judged?
And most importantly, is disagreeing with the Governing Body the same as lacking faith in Jehovah?
For me, the answer is clear. Trusting in Jehovah and following Christ is not the same thing as following every instruction from men who sometimes admit they were wrong. The Bible itself shows us in Acts 17:11 that the Beroean Christians were praised for checking things out carefully instead of swallowing everything blindly.
At the end of the day, the truth will always stand up to questioning. No organization should expect its members to accept teachings without personal research or reflection.
Many of us are simply asking questions, not because we lack faith, but because we want to protect our future and the future of our children.
We Ex JWs have argued this No University Education with Mad Max and his miscreants. They were even denying that such doctrine exist but countless times throughout my time in JW during Conventions, University Education was always kicked against. Since I was a Teen, that doctrine never sat well with me and I always disregarded it. Yet, My Father and many other Elders and Ministerial servants were removed from their positions simply because their children attended University or they themselves attended.
Now here is the Governing body dropping the doctrine. Why? Because they have been wrong all these years . Because they have been misleading JWs for many years to their own detriment and Because they have lost too many members. Their empty Kingdom Halls in many countries are piling up for sale. The population of ExJWs in many websites are increasing every single day. In fact, there was an increase in the number of members in EXJW Reddit when this Update was announced.
The JWs you have been taking your time to explain your opinion will never admit to themselves that their Governing body has been misleading them. I told Mad Max and his miscreants that more changes are coming. And here we are with this change in University Education.
My Question now is, since they have realized their error and now allow University Education, the people they have offended by removing their positions for allowing their Children to attend University, is there any apology for them? They have offended these JWs. Are they going to admit their wrong and apologize and give them back their positions? Will they stop removing Elders and Ministerial servants from their positions? what are they going to do for the JWs who took that doctrine seriously and did not attend University or did not allow their children to do so? There is a JW website called Jwtalk. JWs go there to discuss. When this Update was announced, you need to see some already complaining about it because they really took that doctrine seriously. The affected JWS were complaining because of the opportunities they and their loved ones lost. Some have already passed the age of going to school all for them to see this update. I laugh. Na now their eye dey open? I thought they will never complain and go with anything the GB tells them.
wumiwumi100: Truth is not afraid of examination. If an organization claims to be God’s only channel, then every teaching, every policy, every instruction should stand firm on the Bible without later reversal. It shouldn't be a pattern of rules that keep changing with time.
Jesus warned clearly in Matthew 7:15-16 about false prophets: “By their fruits you will recognize them.” Any group that causes families to be divided, silences questions, and punishes sincere doubts is already showing rotten fruit.
Paul said in Galatians 1:8 that even if an angel preaches a different gospel, let him be accursed. That means the standard of truth does not shift. But when men claim “new light” every time they change doctrine, what they are really saying is that yesterday’s truth was false. That is not how Jehovah works.
Also, at Acts 17:11 the Beroeans were praised for checking the Scriptures daily, not condemned. Questioning, researching, and comparing teachings with the Bible is what God expects of sincere people. So when an organization discourages independent thinking and tells you to accept whatever they say, that’s control, not truth.
At the end of the day, truth doesn’t need defending with fear. If something is truly from God, it will shine by itself. If it needs constant threats of disfellowshipping, shunning, and blind loyalty to survive, then it exposes itself as man-made.
Gbam! Why are you afraid of questioning when you know you have the truth? What are you scared of? Why is the Governing body against a JW pointing out their errors when they have already admitted they can make mistakes? Shouldn't you encourage your members to compare what you say with the Bible because of that? If A JW reads the Bible and finds out that several doctrines are wrong, why do they punish the JW for daring to point it out? These are Traits of a Cult. You are not allowed to question. You're not allowed to correct them when they are wrong. This means that the Governing body are not concerned with teaching you what is correct. They are only interested in controlling you as the typical Cult leaders that they are.
achorladey: They don't like other Christian denomination always referring to Jesus. It is one of the basis they regard them as false Christians and like you stated any Jehovah's witnesses emphasis on Jesus will be questioned and if the person insist, he gets removed
Because it is an Antichrist organization. How can a so called Christian religion be this allergic to Jesus?
achorladey: Exactly. Imagine telling members now that they can toast and click glasses.
Just imagine the very useless new light. As useless as P in psychology. What good does this new light do for a JW? And what was the essence of the Ban on toasting in the first place? Pointless rules like the ones set by Pharisees.
