This is really sad! Most of the participants have forgotten what they've been taught. Programming is not something you learn and stay idle for months,you need constant practice to become better at it. Even after short-changing the participants by giving them 10k monthly (which I can bet my life on wasn't the original amount),they still don't want to give out the starter packs for them to do something meaningful.
Is it even a crime to be a Nigerian?
Why do the government take pleasure in the citizens suffering before they can even get anything?
How hard is it for an oil producing state to give out starter packs to successful candidates?

Ops , did you went for the test, the oral Interview and the collection of letter..if you did collect letter, then no problem . They told those that were issue letters that they would get back to them..which they will do at their own time and pace.
