Well, it didn't generate much traffic because we all know how it is living with a landlord or landlady here in this part of the world, they are always the ones looking for tenant's trouble especially the landladies who feel tenants should worship them each morning they wake up.

Please tenants, let's hear your experiences with your landlords and landladies. I'm sure readers won't ever make the mistake of living in the same building with landlords and landladies after going through this thread.

I've lived most of my life as a tenant. I left home very early. I've had many experiences that I can't even begin to narrate now. I detest living in the same compound with my landlord, but where I find myself in such situation, I try to maintain a cordial, friendly relationship with the landlord. I don't care whether you're good or bad. But when you overdo, I show you the other side of me. One time, a landlord had to trace my father to our village just to report me to him because he tried everything humanly possible to ride me but he failed. Over all, I've had good relationship with my successive landlords. Let me just narrate this one.

Imagine my landlord telling me not to stay late at night. Even told me the gate will be closed by 9pm when no be say I dey boarding school



He even complained about me playing music at night


We should just pray that God provides for us to build our own House.

By the way,

I had a landlady.

She behaves like a demigoddess. Always threatening single tenants to tell her husband to send them parking and blablabla.

She carry am reach my side.

Normal normal, I no get shame. I change am for am on zero zero minutes.

She shock.

Well, she began to respect herself.

We are not actually a card carrying member of any political party in Nigeria.
The only 2 guys we love in Naija politics are our darling Daddy and his amiable Vice.
Now, Zulum has joined the rank.
We only go to the polls on election day to cast our votes for good, honest men that meant well for the nation, no matter the party they are.
And you don't have to be a party member to do that.

But in the past one month, we have noticed how all the top big wigs and non-politicians alike are all joining APC in their various Constituencies, from Governors, to Businesses owners and Entrepreneurs.
We are looking and researching about the good ones among them already.


We sane, good, honest and hardworking Nigerians will do all in our power to make this Combo work.

You are right, my abusive nature is only activated when stupid people display their stupidity in the public. You know nothing about vat, just keep quiet and learn from those who do.

Let's take alcohol. I buy alcohol in Lagos...I pay vat there...but the alcohol is eventually destined for Enugu state...where VAT is paid again...

Or bread...I buy flour in Kaduna.....VAT is paid there...to make bread in Gombe..and on selling the bread...VAT IS PAID per loaf of bread sold

Naturally, I won't be paying the VAT...I'll pass the cost of the VAT to the consumer in the form of even higher prices.

Then there is the fact that states can and will increase VAT...because, you know, revenues from oil and allocations from Abuja are falling.

At the end of the day, wahala dey.

I am all for restructuring and more autonomy for the states, but I also know that you Nigerians don't want to pay higher for anything.

Stop making a fool of yourself Mr man, parasite.

This country keeps going from bad to worse daily.
