What colour do you see ? well, you’d say Yellow of course, but actually, The yellow you see doesn’t even exist at all, what do i mean? Let’s go on another exciting journey…

As I look at these lemons in real life, what i see is a ‘Subtractively Yellow’ colour (it absorbs every other colour and reflects yellow light), which is REAL YELLOW , but the SCREEN you're using to read this doesn’t produce yellow light at all! Actually it can only produce RED, BLUE or GREEN Light,so you’re actually not seeing YELLOW at all! So how come you can see yellow you ask? well, it’s easy to fool the brain. But how does the screen do this…Below Is What Different Screens Actually Display:

The retinas in our eyes contain three different cone cells used to detect colours, one is great for blue, one for red and the other for green. Notice that there’s none to detect other colours (like purple, brown e.t.c), so the way we see yellow happens like this:

The wavelength of yellow light falls between the wavelength of GREEN and RED, so the cones for red and green are slightly activated and your brain says: “that’s what happens when something is YELLOW, so it must be Yellow.”

What your Computer or Phone screen does is it sends red and green light to your eyes so small that your brain cant distinguish them, so it says I’m receiving a little bit of red and green and thats what yellow does, so it must be Yellow, even though it actually ISN’T YELLOW! How amazing!

So how do you know the spin of the earth is slowing down? Guesses like most speculative theories?

scientists calculate it using satellites and special technology, the time on your phone now is actually incorresct, cause these scientists give the overall time zones their time depending on the spin of the earth, the only correct clock is the atomic clock. in a thousand years from now, scientists have calculated that a day would become 25HOURS! due to this reduction in speed. one notable organization is Time Services of the US Naval Observatory.

The nine planets (8 actually, Pluto is no longer considered a planet) are in our 'SOLAR SYSTEM' , and there are billions of solar systems each with their planets in our galaxy alone (not to talk of billions of other galaxies).

yes, several companies are making attempts for man to live on mars, plants have been sent there and monitored ,though we cant live on mars as naturally as we would on earth as the atmosphere is almost a vacuum, specialised structures can be designed for that purpose, one of such notable programs to send people out to mars is "Mars One" ,check it out at mars-one.com

What if everyone on earth jumped at once ? would it cause an earthquake or displace the earth or even have no effect ? Let’s See…

Firstly, lets talk about the earth’s rotation, the earth is spinning at over 1000m/h at the equator and this rotation can increase or reduce, like how ice skaters can increase their speed by bringing their hands closer to their body or squatting , if you squat right now, you’ve technically made this day shorter by making the earth spin a little faster, though this speed is very, very negligible (basically zero).

Its negligible but on a larger mass, there can be a major impact, for instance, an earthquake in japan in 2014, shifted some of earth’s mass closer to its center and since that day, every day has been 0.0000018 seconds shorter. But that was a giant geographical event, what if we gathered every human being in one place (we are over 7BILLION now) and we all jumped at once, what would happen…

First what would that even look like, If you could have every human being stand shoulder to shoulder we would cover a mere 500 square miles! Which could be about the size of city of los angeles, paris or London or even Nigeria. So what would happen if we jumped 30cm into the air at the same time, what would happen, actually, almost nothing, DotPhysics calculated that we would only push the earth away from us about 1/100th the size of an hydrogen atom, but hey,7billion people?! That’s gotta cause some kind of activity right” the BBC had 50,000 people jump at the same time and it only recorded a 0.6 on the Richter Scale, infact we would need 7MILLION times the number of people on earth right now to recreate the earthquake that happened it japan. Hmmm,How Sad…

But don’t feel all that bad ,if you jump newton’s law(action and reaction are equal or opposite) is proof that you have affected the earth when you jump, if you jump 2metres in the air, the earth pulls you down 2metres, but you’s also moved the earth up a billionth of the size of a proton .

Gravity exists in matter, that is anything that has MASS, which includes earth, the moon, the sun and even YOU! If you kinda like…like somebody, and they stand 3 quaters of a millimetre away from you (0.00075meters), the atoms in your body and theirs will pull you two together at exactly the same gravitational force that the sun is exerting on you now. But of course you don’t feel the impact of the gravitational pull between you and someone you’re hugging or between the sun and yourself (which is 93million miles away) cause compared to the earth’s gravitational pull, they are….nothing or just negligible. Almost as if the sun doesn’t even exist…wait, so what if the sun DISAPPEARED!

Of course the sun cant just disappear ,it will die billions of years later, matter and energy don’t just vanish, so the sun cant disappear, but what if it did…lets just discuss it to see how the earth will get along, ON IT’S OWN…ALONE!

1) FLUNG AWAY…: Well, at the exact moment the sun disappeared, we would have no idea cause it takes light from the sun 8minutes and 20seconds to get to the earth. So for about 9minutes, everything would be fine, but after that, i guess confusion and mass panic, the sun’s gravitational pull on the earth would also cease after about 9minutes cause gravitational waves move at the speed of light. So the moment we see the sun disappear, earth would also lose its gravitational pull and earth would fly out of its orbit in a straight line, tangential to where it was in its orbit.


2) DARKNESS: Earth would be in darkness (without the sun and moon), BUT… not total darkness, in 2004, Abdul Ahad calculated that our galaxy reflected light to us ,about 1/300th of the light of the moon, thats why we can still see a little on a “moonless night”. Electricity would still be usable, so cities would still be lit by man made light, just like it is at night, except…, everyday would now be like night.

3) PHOTOSYNTHESIS: without the sun plants would not be able to inhale carbondioxide and exhale our much needed OXYGEN! But not to worry, humans alone use about 6trillion (6,000,000,000,000) kilograms of oxygen every year, but our atmosphere contains a whooping QUINTILLION (1,000,000,000,000,000,000) KILOGRAMS OF OXYGEN every year! So it would actually take us thousands of years to run out of oxygen. But the poor plants themselves wouldn’t make it as some would die within days or weeks, except for the really big trees which store enough sugar in their sap that can provide them energy for years, their problem would be that the earth would get quite…

4) COLD: …so those trees would freeze to death. With the sun, the average temperature of earth is about 15 degrees celcius, so without the sun, in a week, the surface of the earth would be a freezing 0 degrees celcius. Humans could get by, but at the end of the first year the earth would be -75 degrees celcius, and the only safe places for us would be thermal chill areas like, Iceland. The earth’s produces its own heat from its core though at a whooping 5000 DEGREES CELCIUS. So anyone who fails to secure a place underground in safe havens would be dead within the first year.The oceans would be covered with ice, but ice is less dense than water so ice floats, and ice is also a good insulator. So microbes who live on the ocean floor around hypothermal vents and produce energy not by photosynthesis, but chemosynthesis, would still live as normal, not even knowing that the sun is no more, well they currently live without any idea of the sun actually

5) 10-20 YEARS LATER: The earth would be covered with due not from water but from air that has been condensed due to the cold and it would later precipitate, first as rain and as it gets colder, as snow. So we might need to heat the “air snow” indoors so we can enjoy normal air.

It’s amazing to think that life would still go on without the sun, earth would be travelling in space at about 30km/second and at that speed in a billion years, we would have covered 900,000,000,000,000,000km (900 quadrillion kilometers), or 100,000light years. That would take us across our galaxy, so we might actually travel past another solar system and the earth could probably attach itself to another sun and orbit round it, thaw out and the surviving humans could start life all over again. The earth is spinning (ROTATION) and we are spinning along with it, but what if the earth suddenly stopped spinning ?

Firstly, you’d GAIN WEIGHT, but that’s just the beginning of your worries. At the equator, the earth spins at about 465m/s, if you could jump and stay in the air without the earth’s spin affecting you, you’d see the earth rotate at that speed, how cool! However, you cant jump without the earth’s spin affecting you, as the earth spins along with everything in it, that’s why if the earth were to suddenly stop rotating, the result would be CATASTROPHIC!

1) FLUNG AWAY: Immediately, everything not in a fixed position would be flung away due east at over 1000m/h, you wouldn’t be flung into space cause escape velocity is about 25,000m/h, but your body can be compared to a speeding bullet, OUCH,people in airplanes would have a better chance of survival, provided thay can navigate around the storm of flying people and things, astronauts out in space would have a even greater chance of survival, but there might probably be no one waiting for them below as esarth would have become a massive graveyard.

2) DEADLY WINDS: the result of a no more rotating earth would cause friction between the earth and planetary winds which would lead to storms likeable to an atomic bomb detonation.

3) 365 DAYS PER SUNLIGHT: The earth would no longer be 24hrs/day but everyday would be day for those facing the sun, which would lead to…
4) UV RAYS: we would be exposed to high amount of radioactive rays from the ever shining sun

Oceans would surge forward and cover the earth due to the inertia,then gradually recede back as the earth would bulge at the middle turning it to a more perfect sphere than it is now.

WOAH! I WOULDN’T WANT TO EXPERIENCE THAT, KEEP ROTATING EARTH, KEEP ROTATING…

We don’t feel the rotation of the earth underneath us, because the earth is just so large, imagine sitting in a car that takes 6hours to take a turn…

The narrations of the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) encourage us to say “Alhamdulillah” when we sneeze.

“Alhamdulillah” means “All praise is due to Allah”. A rightfully curious mind will wonder why are we supposed to express our gratitude to Allah for the insignificant act of sneezing. On the contrary, sneezing is no insignificant reaction of the body. Sneezing is a great blessing from Allah where various muscle groups come in to play. The muscles of the stomach, chest, neck and eyes are used for this seemingly insignificant reaction of the body.



Some of the reasons for saying “Alhamdulillah” are as follows:



1) Harmful substances contained in the body are dispelled when one sneezes. Especially when the harmful substances are strong, an odour can be smelt. We are saved from many sicknesses and diseases by the mere act of naturally sneezing as these harmful substances are expelled.



2) Our entire lives are in the control of Allah. If Allah wishes, he may cause our bodies to cease where we will not be able to make even the slightest move. When one sneezes, a person’s face becomes distorted for those few seconds. If Allah wished, he could have kept us with the same distorted expression permanently. It is only through the mercy and grace of Allah, that he grants us our normal expressions again.



3) When a person sneezes, the eyes automatically close. By the eyes remaining open, potential damage can be caused to the eyes. Allah causes the eyes to close to save us from such harm.



4) Sneezing generally causes the breathing passages to open up, thus allowing a person to breathe easily. In exchange of the many benefits we enjoy from sneezing naturally, it is only fair that we say our heartfelt gratitude to Allah by saying “Alhamdulillah”

Yes, we did it we won the league!it was celebration galore in Northampton as our manager bust his moves, I did it,I had gotten them to the npower 1,but I didn't win the player of the year,well the golden boot would have to do.

As I packed my bags to leave camp, tears welled in my eyes, if I had my way I would actually sign with Northampton, but I had a job to do at Leicester.

As I was about boarding the bus, the players who had been my family for the last one year all came waving, I was going to miss Snedker and Moyo and all the FIFA games I trashed them in.

As I left Northampton town, I started thinking of something else, my 2000pounds per week contract was definitely too small for a local star like me, first business to handle when I get to Leicester would have to be an improved contract. Cardiff city and stade rennais were looking to sign me . They were offering better pay but Leicester would have to still be my best bet.

It was December, today was my birthday and we had a FA match against Leicester, but I wasn't eligible to play, moyo invited me over we were going to watch the game at his house. It was a bitter sweet Game chase Northampton lost 2-0,and my home club won. But were evicted from the next round by Everton.

I was well over the 19 goal target set by the club by January, in fact I was the league's highest goal scorer with 34goals, and Northampton were sitting comfortably in first place.
The manager called me to his office one faithful morning, he wanted to sign me permanently.
I was now a local star,newspapers talked about me as a danger man before every game signing autographs at every bar, training or on the street, But ,hell to the no!
I loved the Northampton family, but I had to follow my dream.

We got kicked out of the capital one cup but won the Johnstone Paint Trophy.
Donovan left the club and we are preparing to lift the npower 2 trophy and get promoted then I can go back to Leicester and stake for a place, Dyer and Schlupp would be tough competition but I know I can!
