Beautiful, let me use this opportunity to say this, I've been waiting for front page opportunity like this.

I've noticed that our people love to carry any news that look bad and usually keep mute on good news, most especially when it about our Country and our Economy.

Why am I saying this?

Lately most of our Banks are reporting huge profits but the news didn't trend enough.

But last year or so when they were reporting lost, it was all over the news. People are mocking government at the national level, saying all sorts of things.

But now that they are reporting profits, why is it that people badmouthing now keep mute and didn't use the same energy to celebrate the positive report.

I'm not saying is not good to criticize government when necessary, at least to checkmate and put them on their toes.

But we should not be turning blind eyes on good reports.

The problem of incompetence in tax collection is already raring its head again.

We have been told that the new tax regime will go into effect on the 1st of January 2026 and before then, everyone will be expected to already have a Tax Identification Number (TIN), but even as of now approaching the end of September, there is no single registration centre anywhere where one can get a T.I.N.

Are they now going to introduce registration centres at the 11th hour so people will be queueing for their T.I.N during the Christmas break because they want to beat the deadline of 1st January 2026?

To add insult to injury, they will still penalise you if you fail to acquire a T.I.N before the deadline.

Nigerians are watching and waiting.

The most stupid thing to do by a government is to abound your spoilt and deteriorable roads infrastructure all over the country especially those roads in the entire Southern Nigeria, a region that brings the funds for you to be able to engage in all your excessive shenanigans and starts flirting with another fund gulping expenditures that wouldn't add any value to the citizens lives at the moment......the best a good government can do to be fair is to embark in the two at the same time......Nigerians are suffering on the roads......
