Infact, as a player or sportsman or woman, you are forever indebted to your country having benefited from the exposure and popularity the country gave you.

The country is more indepted to the soldiers who daily risk their life to secure the country.

The country is not indepted to a sportsman who earns millions of dollars yearly (and is also immediately rewarded for any sports he played for the country) and who then squandered it or life then happened to him.
