I think it's best you write IELTS and plab1 and plab2 and move to the UK and after working one or 2 years in the u.k, you can move to Australia exam free

Am a medical doctor by profession with 5years work experience, I would like to migrate to Australia with my family. I want to be the primary applicant. (I have passed my IELTS).
1. What other skill/job title/job description (within the health/medical skill) can I nominate to migrate? Probably via VETASSESS. I dont want to go through the route of "medical doctor" because of the "huge" amount of money involved in writing the medical exams and the time frame (age nor dey my side ooo ).
