I know most people like you would have heard so many wonderful things about omega-3 fatty acids and its many health benefits. Constant lateness could be more harmful than you think when considering the several psychological effects it has on you. This doesn't only make you impatient, but also affects the quality of your work and relationships. 4. Heightened tension. How tensed do you feel? How fidgety are you whenever you indulge in lateness? You have to be careful that your lateness does not grow into anxiety and constant uneasiness. Sometimes your brain may continue an effect(anxiety) even when the cause - such as lateness, is taken away. You have to play it safe and desist from lateness today if you want to avoid any emotional dent or high blood pressure. 5. Lack of self-confidence. This is one of the biggest evils of lateness. With a constant lateness habit, and the constant awkward feelings you get, you begin to feel a dip in your confidence due to a subconscious feeling of irresponsibility. Notice that the underlying feeling is subconscious. So, you may never know it until your lack of confidence begins to go out of hand. Most of the confidence issues we encounter today will mostly remain subconscious until the moment when we are noticeably embarrased or feel awkward.
