I can see some of these igbos have started boasting up there that they can survive without federal government but if you check their state governments performance compare to other regions, it's nothing to write home about.

I think Oyo state governor doesn't really understand the purpose of the lockdown/sit at home. When everyone stays at home and avoid contact or close contact with one another, it will prevent people from contracting the virus and also make one detects if he/she has contracted the virus withing the 2weeks(14days) of stay at home.

If all social gatherings are prevented withing the two weeks, more cases will be detected and at the same time, it will prevent the virus from circulating. The two weeks is a way of curbing the virus.
