please permit me to answer your questions; God answers Prayers but not in a way everyone expects. 1. His answer could be yes (where he expressly grants your request). 2. No (if He feels that granting that request will be inimical to your good cuz he knows us more than we know ourselves, or cuz he has something better planned) 3. Not now (not cuz what you asked for was bad but that the timing is not right). concerning your scenerios given in your posts; 1. God is still answering the prayers of his people in Nigeria concerning the BH attacks. if you can cast your mind back, you will agree with me that if not for his intervention, Nigeria would have been overrun by terrorists. The recent conviction of some soldiers as well as the shake up in the security department (removal of some top dogs gives credence to that fact). He is patiently waiting for his body (the Church regardless of denomination or indoctrination) to speak with one voice concerning the terrorism issue in the country. then will he bring the final end to terrorism in this country. Nigeria has never ever in its history experienced with terrorism, and i for one think we are doing quite well. 2. God will never do for man what man can do for himself. (as in the case of Oyedepo). when the ten lepers came to Jesus for healing, he could have healed them and pronounced them whole on the spot. but his instruction was simple " Go, show yourselves to the Priest" Luke 17:14. please don't get mad at the O.P. I understand his pain and bitterness after some of my experiences. |
seriously dude, Don't marry this girl, she is bad news. its better you break up the engagement with her and take care of the child (if its proven to be yours after all the physical must collerate with the spiritual) than to be persuaded into trading your future and peace of mind. i get sick and tired of people allowing spiritualists and pastors decide the important issues in their lives especially marriage. If God can speak to a pastor or any spiritualist for that matter, then he can speak to you. |
O.P just one question oh. What happens if she refuses to open her legs after you have married her cuz she thinks you wont make a good father? then what? ![]() |
my friend, quit your ranting and yapping, drink garri ijebu (with grandnut, if you can afford it) and go and sleep! this is what happens when kids are left unattended to in front of a system with internet connections. ![]() |
no swyhrt, you don't look lyk Genny. You look like......well YOU! and you look beautiful. so pls, keep doing you, (not Genny) and who knows......in future, Genny might not be able to hold a candle to u. my 4 kobo! |
bh is madness and you never negotiate with madness.......u DESTROY IT! |
this type of thing happens everywhere. it leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth of those unlucky to experience it. but it should be noted that, if you are a victim, a radical and tact display of boldness or courage can help a lot. it rily hurts cuz the Police only display their might on innocent people but never seem to be around in crisis situations (armed robbery/terror attacks). |
na all this things dey make muskito insecticide resistant. btw d thread still dey smell oh! if i catch person we do dis thing eh..... na God go 4giv am. |
Onila, seriously; all jokes aside, u rily, rily, absolutely rily need to get laid! cuz dis madnes/rant against Nigerian men is entering lunatic proportions. before i forget, goldieluks and sexkilz; pls start acting like you 2 have some Goddamn sense. 1 of you has to play the mature party, goddamnit! |
there are good guys bad guys sharp guys then there are good bad guys bad good guys sharp good guys bad sharp guys very good guys very bad guys very good bad guy vey sharp guys very bad good sharp guys very bad good sharp guys. so ladies have your pick and choose your choice. there are things (guys) worse thanbad guys ascan be seen above. |
@ the ladies, so its o'k to tap us on our sexy backsides but its blue murda if we retaliate! talk about double standards! its a tap for a tap. chikena! |
its only logical that women are difficult to understand cuz they dont even understand theirselves. however, guys are not meant to understand them (chances are the more you try, the closer to the Yaba left you get), but to love them . |
^^^^ if Patience said "my fellow widows, so what? yes, we have a first lady whose strong point isn't english ( and for which some people will gladly crucify her and her husband), but she has the presence of mind to reach out to and communicate with even the market woman and with mama ibeji, who sells tomatoes by the corner. i'd rather take a Patience who cant speak english but is able to communicate with people at the bottom of the ladder, than 1st ladies who have their noses and faces in the air and are out ot tune with reality. F.Y.I, Jonathan will continue to lead long after he lives the state house because policies that he is putting in place will become mordern day legacies. |
there is more to a relationship than just looks. sometimes, when you see a pair where the guy is hotter than the girl, its usually something more than looks keeping them together. what some no - too - hot girls lack in looks, they make up for in character (and some other areas). besides, its not every good looking guy that ends up with hot girl. yo mynd! ot are you waiting for? |
cork, i warned u but u wudnt listen! u dont need to go this far just because the chick said she wasnt intrested. stop chasing chicks that are hotter and richer than you. one bad grain of corn does not spoil the whole cob. |
i ti nk d ladies will be happier if u cud reduce the size of ur joystick by 2 inches. |

@ cyber G real smart move, using a foreigner's version to tell the Asaba story. i'm going to recommend a book for u that tells the story of what really went down in Asaba. the only condition is that you read it ith an unbiased and open mind. its called "Tears on the Niger" |
what exactly was the criteria u used in judging an album bad/disappointing? and how come ice prince is not on that list? |
anyone condemning GEJ should try a few things: 1. try being a class captain 2. try being a course rep 3. try heading a unit 4. try heading a department or rather 5. try staying married or 6. take a shot at being the chairman of a neighbourhood association. in fact, try handing a responsibility that puts u incharge of just 2 people. u'l discover that it is very hard to satisfy them even with ur best efforts. i'l only listen to people who have taken a shot at handling responsibility and suceeded, not some few angry teenagers who are fortunate to find themselves on the web. |
its very sad to see that the same set of people condemning GEJ donot even have d balls to put their own families in check. d problem with us is that we are always looking for the easy way out. i believe that although the subsidy removal is a hard decision, it will benefit us in the long run. so people, its time that we buck up and face the reality on ground namely that there will be no more freebies. hard times never last but hard people do! God bless us all! |
your jokexellency , did you buy the ram? |
