His stupidity aside.
I have watched where men who verbally promised women marriage were accused for 'wasting' those women's youth years without marrying them. It's like a crime.
Stop shifting the goal post. The agreement to marry does not have to be written. Such partners are simply deceitful and it's why I won't blame the groom if he does not go ahead with the wedding. |

Nwabali Ekong Frank onyeka Calvin bassey Ola aina Lookman Oshimen Onyeka ahead of Lookman and Osimhen? Na play? |

Exousiang01: You are so smart you think everyone living in Nigeria is poor, yes you are very smart. Didn't ask for your CV anyways, but I understand how those with low self esteem are quick to show off.
That aside. When you lack knowledge there is nothing wrong with asking, you said you were smart, you should have known that. If you know the number of young people who go the stadium every morning and evening you won't be spewing this trash.
I once lived at Abesan estate, we set up the first basket ball court there, we called it Sewage, it was right beside a sewage. I went there many years ago and they had moved to Pius field where the local government had build a basket ball court, many youths turn out there in the mornings and evenings. The Basket ball court served as a long tennis court and a judo training ground for kids, people went there to play foot ball every morning and evening it was a community. Right now that place has been converted to a mini stadium, better facilities that are managed by the government. Will all these development went on people were still hungry, some young people came to play basket ball hungry, but sport brought joy, we settled many disputes that started on the streets on the basket ball court.....
You lived in the UK and US yet you don't know what sports does to the minds of young people... ... As you brag about living in the UK and US remember say na people village be that. It's really no big deal. Living there really hasn't made you smart. You are the evidence that location doesn't reduce stupidity Nigga what the fvck?! |

Problem with statistics like this coming from a celebrity is its capacity to wrongly influence her fans' people's decisions.
Where did she get 85% from? Even if it's more than 85, it should be from a verifiable source.
Imagine someone somewhere believing this stat and basing her decisions on it. |

seborrhic: A serious president would have called a state security Council meeting or summoned the IGP and DSS DG and in that process it would put the pressure on them. For kidnappers to deliberately kill victims due to delayed ransome is something new and shows a level of deep anger with the system. I believe some of the kidnappers were people frustrated by the goverment in one way or the other. But kidnapping innocent people is just cowardice while at the same time the government should address the suffering in the land which I believe is part of the cause. I don't understand @bolded: Are you trying to say that there are permissible grounds for kidnapping innocent citizens and killing them for delay in ransome payment? |

AriyaTV: To think some clowns are supporting Israel's killing of unarmed citizen.
Killing and bombing of journalist, children, hospitals, refugee camps, aged men and women, they broke all rules of engagement and some people are giving thumps up. What rules of engagement are you talking about exactly? I hate to sound as if it doesn't displease to see what Israel is doing, but people should try to be balanced. Rules of engagement with a group who sent thousands of bombs into an unsuspecting country, killed innocent families and proudly claimed responsibility for it in an apparent act of terrorism? People might be giving Israel thumbs, I am not one of those. We all hate this war. But, be balanced in your observations. The world should be figuring out how to exclude the larger Palestine from Israel's conflict with Hamas. But that any sovereign nation should just forgive & forget such assault on its territory? |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Iran Seizes Oil Tanker In Gulf Of Oman by CrownedPhoenix: 7:36am On Jan 13, 2024 |
The Suez Rajan, which was at the center of a dispute between the United States and Iran, was seized by the US government last year after a court found that it was used to “covertly sell and transport Iranian oil to a customer abroad,” the US Department of Justice said in a press release.
The DOJ said “multiple entities” affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps were involved in the scheme to “disguise the origin of the oil” and illegally sell it to China, according to court documents.
Almost 1 million barrels of Iranian crude oil were seized by the US government at the time, the DOJ said.
In April last year, the company operating the ship that was carrying the oil, Empire Navigation, pleaded guilty to conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. The Suez Rajan transported the contraband to the United States and “incurred the significant expenses associated with the vessel’s voyage to the United States,” according to the DOJ. Iran's oil was not stolen. The operators of the ship pleaded guilty to wrongdoing. Those involved tried to disguise the origin of the oil and sell illegally. It was why it was seized. Anyway, they now have their vessel back. |
