Politics › Re: How Peter Obi Begged Me To Be Made Atiku's Vice in 2019 - Reno Omokri by crownfierce: 8:24am On Jun 30, 2025 |
Fr33born: So you have finally published the so-called “evidence.” Congratulations on your self-destruction.
What you have just done is not a show of strength but a loud, pitiful confession of weakness. You have proven nothing except your desperation for relevance, your disregard for boundaries, and your profound misunderstanding of what it means to be trusted or respected in public life.
You have crossed a line that mature, reasonable minds avoid not because they are afraid of truth, but because they understand integrity, confidentiality, and consequence. In choosing to leak private communications, you have publicly declared yourself unfit for any serious engagement where discretion, loyalty, or honor matters.
And what exactly did you prove? That someone once reached out to you? That your phone rang? You have only succeeded in confirming that you were considered important enough to be contacted until you showed the world why that door should never have been knocked on in the first place.
Now ask yourself, what forensic audit has validated your screenshots? Who has certified that your “evidence” wasn’t doctored or staged to serve your bitter narrative? Because in the absence of that, all you've done is publish a digital tantrum, hollow, juvenile, and legally questionable.
You may have won a few claps from idle onlookers, but you have lost the respect of those who value wisdom, restraint, and maturity. You have exposed no one but yourself, your pettiness, your vanity, and your inability to rise above your emotions.
History will remember this moment, not as your triumph, but as the day you confirmed exactly why you were never the right man for any serious role of trust. You didn't defend your name, you buried it under the weight of your own recklessness.
Written By Okwuolise Gift on but obi has integrity by lying everyday and now, encouraging tribalism and propaganda against this administration? He called Reno a liarr and he has been proven wrong |

Can we not do better? Just thinking aloud. Them de mitigate flood These are natural disasters, but nonetheless we still build on flood planes due to the poverty levels in Nigeria |

For those of u asking why no money is there, u all are Obi supporters who reads headlines and not content, first of all what is ECA? Excess crude Account, that’ is any oil sold against the bench mark for that year will saved there, that is if the budget of oil sales per barrel is $50 for the year and oil prices go up to $70 , the money made from the excess of $20 per barrel will be saved there. So tell me when have we had oil above our benchmark infant this yr it has fallen below. Make una de try read |

Racoon: Argentina had worst problems than ours at the same inception. Argentina added about 38 billion dollars. In contrast, Nigeria lost almost 50% of its GDP under the same 2 years period.
Nigeria was once the country with the largest economy in Africa and one of the fastest growing economy in the world in 2014. Hence it a leadership problem. To think that some dunceheads took it to the abyss today is really a sorry thing for this nation. GDP with subsidised dollar and fuel I am sorry for you. Untapped crude oil have been sold to pay your last few years subsidies. Well God help u all |
Politics › Re: Oil Nations Scramble To Avert Economic Crisis After Prices Crash by crownfierce: 6:53am On Apr 12, 2025 |
malali: Tinubu’s grandstanding infrastructure obsession has all the markings of another debt-fueled disaster in the making. With oil crashing into the low $60s per barrel ( far below Nigeria’s budget breakeven) the only logical question is: who funds his dreams? His answer appears dangerously obvious ,more loans, higher interests, and a financial dependence on creditors who will eventually dictate Nigeria’s policies.
What Tinubu is building are not assets that generate future revenue or foreign exchange, they are legacy projects for ribbon-cutting ceremonies. Railways that cannot pay for themselves, roads without tolling strategy, power projects without market reforms. This is not visionary economics , it’s political optics borrowed at premium rates.
Nigeria is staring down a future of ballooning debt servicing costs, currency devaluation pressures, and even more taxes squeezed from an already battered population. Without structural reforms, productivity expansion, or genuine export capacity,
Tinubu’s current path feels like a fast-track to fiscal captivity. Rubbish, u posted here. A man that has fought tooth and nail to ensure there is tax reform so we can maximise other revenue potentials. It’s obvious you don’t know Tinubu.. u re just playing opposition blindly |

Politics › Re: President Tinubu’s Pictures With Ibori Vs Kalu by crownfierce: 12:21pm On Dec 23, 2024 |
rinzaugustine: Tinubu was the worst performing governor of that set. He did absolutely nothing to improve the Lagos that was bequeathed to him as former federal capital territory where hundreds of billions of dollars was spent on infrastructures during Nigeria oil boom from 60s to 90s. Infact Olagunsoye Oyinlola started operated sweep and marwa took over, improved it and made Lagos one of the most secured cities in the world then but when tinubu took over in 1999 he allow that security structure to collapse. The crime was so high that a lot of investors, expatriates like the fawaz family from Lebanon and others ran away from Lagos under Tinubu. It was Gani Adams that saved the situation by forming OPC security outfit run privately by a group of Yoruba vigilante men to return sanity to Lagos. Tinubu did absolutely nothing., built no schools , many roads he inherited from federal government were allowed to become dilapidated. Lagos picked up under fashola, continued by Ambode and maintained by the current person there. Tinubu was more engrossed in his political fights to secure his position fought akerele, Obasanjo, Funsho Williams etc and wasn’t even concerned about humane welfare of Lagosians as to him that doesn’t matter 😂😂😂, u wished all these were true, this aint peter obi. Four world class Millennium schools were built by Tinubu from start to finish, u dont want to go into debate about Tinubu, remember 1day governor competition was started by Bola Bola Tinubu. casualobserver: Context! Then they wanted to hike VAT with no corresponding tax relief for the poor. This time he has excluded the poor from taxes. Mwhenthe VAT increase then would hurt the poor they passed it. Now that there is VAT increase, they say they need to consult. When they removed fuel and forex subsidy these governors didn’t remember the masses because they were getting more from FAAC. Now that they will have to work to generate their money they remmember the suffering of the masses.
Yeye dey small
To quote Seriake Dickson:
“When yaradua proposed 10% for oil producing states, National Assembly reduced it to 3% and heaven did not fall, this tax bill will pass and heaven will not fall”
Tell your governors to get to work, the only states that will get less money are Lagos and Rivers. The real problem for them is that while all states except rivers and Lagos will get more money. Their share of VAT going forward will remain stagnant if they don’t deploy their funds to develop their states. The days when Lagos Rivers, FCT etc will provide infrastructure to attract investment and high income residents and the increased collection of VAT as a result will be shared with lazy state governors is gone! dnt mind Nigerians they dont read before posting |

When Jonathan , a son of the "south South" Removed this same subsidy in 2012,
The people spreading all this propaganda, supporting removal of subsidy today were the same people protesting against it then at Ojota with APc leadership...
They called Jonathan all sorts of names, carried a coffin for him.. Wole Soyinka, Tunde Bakare to name a few..
Today, because it's their own "son" They're no where to be found..
I will not say I haven't witnessed evil in my days here.. Evil lives here.
Modified: The south Westerner below me is justifying tribalism and Religious bigotry.. against national interest in 2012..
Nothing stops Atiku or Obi in mobilizing their supporters to bring this administration to it's knees.. Nothing.. But they and their supporters will not put personal interests against National interest..
That's the definition of Integrity and Patriotism My brother Atiku was among them, nothing is stopping them from protesting, just that the masses are rdy to support the president |
