Check ur system camera settings. Although it's supposed to be by simply clicking the 'Allow' button wen prompted to allow access

i can take pictures with the Webcam but I can't access it to be able to use it for video interview

In Chrome settings, scroll all the way down to advanced, select it. Under privacy and security, select content settings. Change the settings for camera and microphone from "blocked" to "ask before accessing (recommended)".
Log out and then log back into the harver site, you should get a prompt that the website wants to access your camera and microphone. Allow both.

I actually found my way around it after posting that, so I went to settings and it wasn't set to block from the onset
What has been there is 'ask before accessing" but it still kept on showing access to the camera has been forbidden. Please click retry
Is there any other possible solution?

I have checked very well and I realized that the Webcam is working Fine but the issue now is microphone, it's not working, I have tried to do a recording of myself and play it but the sound is not coming on
