My own 2cents
Someone is poor and someone is rich. To me, they are all there for the same purpose(the moola and the brand new SUV) so preference shouldn't be given to anybody
If Efe is not careful, he might not be able to handle success and fame if he wins the money.
If Tboss wins, because she doesn't really need the money, she will waste it

In conclusion , let the best man/woman win
