I thought the reason they were celebrating the new tax bill is to ensure states like Imo get tax of companies like the ones he mentioned in the video that have head office in Lagos but operational base in Imo.

Is he saying that has not been addressed by the new tax law?

So Oil Companies in Imo State extracting Oil but headquartered in Lagos & paying Tax to Lagos?
