Why do you people like defending nonsense cos he's of your ethnic stock. This is how ethnic clashes start from nothing because of the stupidity of people like Chinakwe. Are you telling me that if me as a Yoruba man especially with all the hate towards Yorubas in that quarter as propagated by Nnamdi Kanu and his minions, go to the East and walk about in Onitsha main market with a dog writing Ojukwu on its body and hanging an Ojukwu slate on its head will get kudos from Igbos there. Won't I be attacked?
So, yorubaland has now become northern territory? Good to know.
I like how you wear your afonjaism with pride. grin

The most powerful man in the world is called various names by republicans without any obvious repercusions . It dosen't change who he is and dosen't stop america from being the greatest country in world history.
Here we have a tyrant, despot and illiterate supported by sociopaths and mad men. The same set of people who call themselves sophisticated.
Amala sophistication. grin

Everything written is directly from the efforts of Jonathan.

General Electric had started clearing location in Calabar during the last administration. Everything stalled when Buhari came on board.

Dangote started building his refinery in Jonathan's tenure. At that time he was worth about $20billion. In the last one year he has lost $10billion in assets. I pray he is still able to complete his refinery.

Biggest Mexican Agric firm? ? ? Doesn't it have a name.

Indorama has invested heavily in the establishment of a multi billion dollar Fertilizer plant during the Jonathan Era. Construction started in 2013 and was expected to be completed in December 2015 but since Buhari's economic badluck hit Nigeria, things have stalled.

Honeywell started the expansion of its plants to include the Sorghum processing plant in Jonathan's era.

Dear Osibanjo, we want to see new things. We want to see new things. We want to see progress that you guys initiate. All the things you've mention are all products from the previous administration.
Most likely, of course. cheesy
Okonjo iweala already wooed those guys during the world economic summit for africa in abuja. Though i have a feeling they ain't coming again.
I don't think any smart global investor would invest in an arid place where established investors in the terrain are already leaving in droves.
PoliticsRe: PHOTOS: Biafra Members Waving Biafra Flag At RIO Olympics by CSTR13: 6:13pm On Aug 16, 2016
Adaure4ever:
Waving a biafra flag means nothing. It does not create a country.
I can design a flag in my house, take it to Rio and wave it.
That is simplistic. National flags create a psychological impression. A sense of pride and patriotism and ensure continous remembrance.

When a conquered people want to dictate who the victorious side regard as a hero.

He fought in the war, he was military head of state who first espoused the concept of patriotism and personal sacrifice for the good of the country.

He remains a Nigerian hero without regard to Biafran opinion.
Without regard to biafran opinion? As if biafrans are not people under the Nigerian jungle.
This is the same mofo that would later accuse the so-called biafrans of hate and not showing patriotism to Nigeria. He expects biafrans to show patriotism to a nation that does not respect them. grin

i am saying that you are a saboteur and should leave nigeria....your type want nigeria to disintegrate anysways...so why should the rest listen to you??
Unfortunately, he is still a Nigerian and is affected by Poor economic decisions. When he ceases to be Nigerian , then you can appoint buhari and his family as your economic advisers and nobody would care.

So tell us, Mr Buhari Lied, to what extent was it implemented under Jonathan?? I'd really like to know.

Also, what exactly prevented Jonathan from FULLY implementing it when he had the best economic team in the world??

Provide me cogent answers with sources just like this and not some sourceless mumbo-jumbo.

Thanks.

Edit:

Went through the source and saw that the "pilot scheme" of the TSA commenced in 2012 with a meagre 217 MDAs.

Now, there's no gainsaying their compliance would be nearly ZERO given how indifferent the admin was to issues of financial prudence. But be that as it may, what was the program's status for the next THREE YEARS Jonathan remained the president before his exit??

Buhari came in and under ONE YEAR we have full compliance and implementation over all government MDAs with some states adopting same!

So, the question remains, what exactly prevented Mr Jonathan from implementing it fullyhuh
Indiscriminate implementation of TSA would dry up liquidity in the system and freeze the economy. It dosen't take a genius to see that, which is why i believe jonathan failed to fully implement it.
It is this ''hammer'' approach to issues like a stark illiterate that has thrown Nigerians into more hardship.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Failed To Harness Massive Biafra Technological Inventions - Garba Shehu by CSTR13: 9:15pm On Aug 15, 2016
obaaderemi:
Many of them do not know that many of those inventions or innovations were designed by a yorubaman called col. victor banjo who was a first class brain and the no 1 engineer in the nigerian army b4 the war.he built the famous bunker and made their guns and led the biafran army 4 a while.the day ojukwu killed him was the day he killed his biafra dream all because banjo was against his plan to incorporate sw and ss regions into his biafra instead of staying in his core east.the same mistake they making 2day by targetting ss
Victor banjo ke? haha. Since when did yorubas became technological wizards?
All the biafran engineers were of igbo extraction with decades of erudite professorship in various fields of Engineering and their names are in various archives in the world today.
Look at Nigeria today and tell me where Nigeria's technological potential especially in local manufacturing and tech Cloning is. All the aba and onitsha made electronics in the Nigerian market are product of an inbuilt igbo technological genius that needs a sane environment and required patriotism to get sharpened to deadly edge and productivity.
Sorry, i don't think Nigeria will ever be able to fully get such maximal igbo technological output and raw drive as experienced within 1967-1970 ever again .
The Nigerian patriotism required for such genius is no longer there which is actually a big loss especially for africa when you think about it.
