Unless she is a higher flyer in her career earning top six figures, is chaste and is of good character.

If she is not all of those, then this is a complete waste of money.

There are women that merit that kind of money.

The monies that Buhari alone had wasted on foreign travels, it can build over 36 world class oncology center of excellence.

When the president of a third world country travels more than Xi Jin ping, Biden and Merkel.

Most of the fighting would be in the global north Pole anyway, so in a case of a nuclear war, run as far south as possible.

To the South Africa subregion or deep into Latin America.

Survival tips for a nuclear Winter.

China ramping up Nuclear weapons and building more silos, swearing to unify Taiwan with the mainland whatever it takes.

Russia looking for any opportunity to expand its buffer zone against NATO.
They have sucked Belarus into their axis.
Russian Tu-120 Nuclear capable jets patrolling the Belarusian airspace like an annexation.

Ukraine is mostly next to be gubbled up the bear.

The United States pushing back against both powers with Military defence pacts both in south east Asia and Europe.

Any invasion by Russian or China will trigger those defence treaties and America has sworn to respond to them in the language they understand.

What can possibly go wrong?

I used to think a nuclear war was never going to happen.

The global Powers are too responsible or so I thought.

But now, I find cause to worry everyday.

There are so many triggers across the world for a potential nuclear conflict.

Superpowers misbehaving with pride and ego.

They have forgotten that they all share the same planet.

FarahAideed:
A quick look at the crash site and wreckage I can tell following things :

1 .The plane lost power to both engines long before the impact.

2 . The plane had empty fuel tank at the time of the crash .

3. The crash-land was a controlled glide with the propellers properly feathered for such approach.

4. I suspect this aircraft ran out of fuel because I know it doesn't have the ability to dump fuel .
Then that is criminal negligence.

A plane should not run out of fuel in the air.

Allll these wicked village uncles.

That is all they know how to do.

And they are very expert in witchcraft and diabolism.

You need to be mad with them both physically and spiritually, if not they can waste you with juju.

The best response I've seen here so far.
I don't know why everyone thinks he deserves pity. If he wasn't in that building and the building collapsed, taking the lives of those people with it, he would have still gotten away with it. As per Lagos big man levels. The only way nature thought to serve justice for his cutting corners and endangering the lives of others was to ensure that he was also in that building. Knowing the Nigerian justice system, nothing would have happened to him if he wasn't in that building.
That lekki gardens disaster in 2016 that claimed over 34 lives have been swept under the carpet.

The builder is still free as a bird, and is busy building other constructions.

I heard he is even fighting with some community people somewhere in Lagos.

If they think that femi guy would have changed by that experience if he were alive, then I have a bridge to sell them.

He would have bought his way and continued with his sharp practices.

Village boy.
In civilised countries, a person and not including their family is responsible for their own actions.
Unless the family has no stake in his business.

Because once the family swoop in to inherit the business, they automatically come under lawsuits.

What makes you think He cut corners,do you have Proof for that.Is the man to be blamed If its an engineering fault by His engineers .is He to be blamed If He is Not the one who procured the Materials.I think what is most important is for the government to investigate the root cause of the collapse and measures Put in place to prevent Future occurence.Accusing a dead man of what He might be innocent of may not solve Nigerias problem
Something is seriously wrong with you.

There is something loose in your head.

Why would the family fight any lawsuit when they are not the contractor or directly linked to the project?
The company is going to face lawsuits for sure, the company is a listed company and has other people as part of the company ownership so it is the owners (shareholder/partners) and the management of the company that will be in for a tough time.
His family will not even face prosecution because they have done nothing wrong.
By family, I mean his business.

Family will inherit the business after-all .

He is no more dancing and laughing now!

Over priced apartments (some $200,000) and yet he didn't use good materials to do the building. Many families have lost everything because of his typical Nigerian wickedness.
Not only that.

The laws of physics and engineering were like options to him.
He chose when and how to apply them in his building constructions.

He publicly said on TV that he does not listen to engineers when he is building in Nigeria.
And now innocent people have paid the price.

That guy's company should be bankrupted with lawsuits.

China is more influential in Africa than even in south east Asia where they come from.

But the US has pivoted their military to Asia to contain them while they left Africa alone to China.

Why?
Interests.

There is nothing in Africa worth their time.

No country in Africa is relevant enough to warrant American attention of that scale.

America is ready go to war for Taiwan a mere tiny island, less than the size of Edo state.

Why?
Taiwan is a the world's largest supplier of semi conductor chips.

They are more relevant to the world than all of Africa combined.
Politics › Re: Antony J. Blinken To Visit Nigeria This Month by CSTRR: 10:18am On Nov 12, 2021
If America was to visit Egypt, you would hear specifics.

Mature level specifics.
Sale of F-16s, sale of M1Abrams, Military aid, stability in the Middle East to promote Israeli interest.

Mature discussion.

The only country in sub Saharan Africa that can really have a meaningful discussion with America is Kenya.

Those guys exports all sorts of agricultural produce to the United State directly under the Agora agreement.

Which is why Trump took Uhuru Kenyatta seriously and created a US- Kenya trade agreement outside the AFCTA.
Politics › Re: Antony J. Blinken To Visit Nigeria This Month by CSTRR: 10:10am On Nov 12, 2021
When the US visits serious countries, you would hear specifics, like sale of submarines or jet fighters, military alliance to contain this and that, billions of dollars worth of imports and exports of this and that, and so on.

When they visit subsaharan Africa, you would hear things shared values and cultures, regional cooperation to expand energy access, aid to combat health inadequacies, e.t.c.

This is how you know a baby continent.

Even if America wants to really have a meaningful relationship with African countries, we are just not matured enough to play at that level.

The way the people in the Federal government are wasting our resources, is unheard of in any part of the world.

They are wasting money as if the resources are infinite.

There is far more wastage in Nigeria than in America if you compare it relative to the resources available.

Nobody in this govt should be returned in 2023.
If we are actually serious about our future.
