Govt spends billions on poverty alleviation, and yet poverty keep rising.

This is why.

The Monies only being distributed to their Loyalists who don't need the money in the first place.

Even a 5yrs old can understand why this is bad, but 40yr old clowns on nairaland can't.

Actually sad reading through the comments. Mostly from presumably youth as well, who think leaders can get into office and distribute resources meant for everyone, preferentially to a few friends. Some folks with warped minds actually think that is okay?
