Please remove Niger Delta from your agenda. We are not Ibos. We don't want to be associated with any of the so-called big 3 tribes. In normal countries around the world, retired military commanders are no longer in the chain of command. Only active military commanders on active duty are in the chain of command. I am not sure why things in Nigeria are always upside down. The young military officer was on an illegal duty. Democracy or not, it's very clear that Nigerian military personnel don't rate Nigerian civilians and have no respect for the Nigerian civil rule of law.
