I have one for sell. Z3 and Z10 |
try deleting apps that u dont use. bold 5 ram is just 250mb |
The review above is my opinion and what I think and feel. So another person might disagree. |
Okay I have been busy that I haven't really test the Z3 enough to give review, but I have now. For those looking for better battery life on a budget phone the Z3 is ur phone. The camera is the same as Q5 I tried comparing it with the pics I took when I was using Q5 and it was on par. So it can give you nice shot, though I noticed the pics are a little bit dark at night depending on the light exposure just like Q5 but still it's not bad. The OS, well we all know how smooth the BB10 is is so no review here. Games.... unfortunately am not a game person on mobile phones cos I got my ps, but never the less I played flight simulator the android version and it works well but in lading the planes and taking off there no lag at all as on z10 stl1. And I played stick tennis also and it was flawless. Temple run 1 and 2 plus brave all played well with no lag. Am sorry that is the only game I tested cos it's the only game I can play on mobile. The speakers of the phone when playing music is better than Z30 but z30 is still the best. The feature I love most is the screen size. Yes it is the same size with Z30 buy somehow when u placed them both side by side it looks like the Z3 is a bit bigger. The large screen gives u enough space to type more accurately than the Z10. And for those who love games the screen is perfect. The screen is bight enough to do what ever u want to do putting it on full brightness with z30, the z3 is more brighter but remember z30 is super amoled. Some can argue that the z10 has a slightly better Cpu but the z3 has a bigger GPU. In all in all where the z10 is better the Z3 has something to compensate it with like FM radio, wiFi direct, miracast. The phone is fast in running apps but z30 is faster. All in all the BlackBerry Z3 is good and somehow I think it's better than Z10 but pls this is my opinion. I'd u want to get the phone pls do u won't regret it and before I forget so far I haven't noticed any heating issue. Like experienced on z10 stl1 |

Ur informations can get leaked if u password ur BlackBerry too but only the information on the media card, because the thief who is smart will remove the mcard to know if he will see ur naked pics . So that is why it's advisable to always encrypt ur memory card and put password too. That way he only gets the phone which if u have time and energy u can track and catch the person through the PIN number. Remember the case of Cynthia who was murdered in a hotel in festac. They caught her killers though the PIN number of her blackberry phone they sold. So in securing ur phone and ur data BlackBerry is still the best. Android and ios just dey use apps and gimmick to deceive some people |
dazz661: That's exactly my fear, so the BlackBerry isn't as safe as it seems?are u here to bash or are u here to find help? Read the name again blackberry protect. BlackBerry Protect doesn't prevent ur phone from getting stolen blackberry protect protects ur information when ur phone is stolen because it will securely wipe every bit of information off the phone including picture, number and email which android phones don't. If ur BlackBerry Protect is on and the person hasn't wiped the phone u can locate ur phone through the blackberry protect website. But when the phone is wiped it means the phone has bn disengaged from ur ur blackberry id. The only way to get it back is tracking it through the PIN number. When u lose a blackberry phone and u put password in it no one can be able to unlock that phone without wiping the phone cos once u put the wrong code 10 times everything will be wiped off. But u can't say the same of android. That's why blackberry don't allow root access. BlackBerry is about security, protecting ur informations from thieves and identity fraudsters but they are not responsible for bn careless with ur phone. |
Aldavin80: Yeah, can't seem to open any site here at all. Just downloads for meit does open sites for me but its pretty much stable with downloading |

oseiwe: Pls I need another way to do battery calibration. I've done ' drain battery, remove, plug empty phone and reinsert battery, charge till full' method. The battery still dies at 60%. It's a z10 STL100-1charge the phone till its full and then off the phone and charge it till it shows steady green light then remove the charger and plug it again and let it show green light again after on the phone and use to know when it will go off. |

The funniest thing is that most of the comments from white folks in their twitter handle said the virus was created to reduce African population. |
okay guys I saw this post on independent UK website and decided to share with u guys.Ebola outbreak: Western drugs firms have not tried to find vaccine 'because virus only affects Africans', says UK's top public health doctor Britain's leading public health doctor today blames the failure to find a vaccine against the Ebola virus on the "moral bankruptcy" of the pharmaceutical industry to invest in a disease because it has so far only affected people in Africa – despite hundreds of deaths. Professor John Ashton, the president of the UK Faculty of Public Health, says the West needs to treat the deadly virus as if it were taking hold in the wealthiest parts of London rather than just Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia. Writing in The Independent on Sunday, Professor Ashton compares the international response to Ebola to that of Aids, which was killing people in Africa for years before treatments were developed once it had spread to the US and UK in the 1980s. He writes: "In both cases [Aids and Ebola], it seems that the involvement of powerless minority groups has contributed to a tardiness of response and a failure to mobilise an adequately resourced international medical response. "In the case of Aids, it took years for proper research funding to be put in place and it was only when so-called 'innocent' groups were involved (women and children, haemophiliac patients and straight men) that the media, politicians, scientific community and funding bodies stood up and took notice." The Ebola outbreak has so far claimed the lives of at least 729 people across Liberia, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Nigeria, according to the latest figures from the World Health Organisation (WHO), although the number is likely to be far higher. Yesterday, a US relief organisation confirmed that two US aid workers who contracted the disease in Liberia had left the country. Dr Kent Brantly was being treated in a specialised hospital unit in Atlanta, Georgia, after becoming the first person with the disease to arrive on US soil yesterday evening. The second aid worker, Nancy Writebol, was due to land on a separate private flight. On Friday, the WHO warned that the outbreak in West Africa was "moving faster than our efforts to control it". The organisation's director general, Dr Margaret Chan, warned that if the situation continued to deteriorate, the consequences would be "catastrophic" to human life. Professor Ashton believes that more money must be funnelled into research for treatment. "We must respond to this emergency as if it was in Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. We must also tackle the scandal of the unwillingness of the pharmaceutical industry to invest in research [on] treatments and vaccines, something they refuse to do because the numbers involved are, in their terms, so small and don't justify the investment. This is the moral bankruptcy of capitalism acting in the absence of a moral and social framework." Western countries are on high alert after Patrick Sawyer, a civil servant for the Liberian government, died last week after arriving at Lagos airport – the first known case in Nigeria. International airline hubs are the focus of attention because of the high volume of passengers flying into and out of West Africa every day. Dubai's Emirates airline began a ban yesterday on its flights in Guinea over the crisis, with the suspension lasting until further notice. Professor Ashton welcomed the decision by the Foreign Secretary, Philip Hammond, to convene a meeting of the Government's crisis committee, Cobra, last week to discuss the UK's preparedness for cases of Ebola in this country. Development of a vaccine is in the early stages in the US, but this is on a small scale and there is little hope of one being ready to treat the current outbreak in West Africa. Dr Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institutes of Health, an agency of the US Department of Health and Human Services, has said it has plans possibly to begin testing an experimental Ebola vaccine on people in mid-September, following encouraging results in pre-clinical trials on monkeys. Earlier this month, the US Food and Drug Administration put a hold on a trial upon healthy volunteers by Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation to ensure their potential Ebola treatment has no ill-effects, as it sought more information to ensure the safety of volunteers. Professor Ashton said: "The real spotlight needs to be on the poverty and environmental squalor in which epidemics thrive and the failure of political leadership and public health systems to respond effectively. The international community has to be shamed into real commitment... if the root causes of diseases like Ebola are to be addressed." http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/africa/west-accused-of-tardiness-over-ebola-outbreak-9644671.html |
phayvorr: yes I am.....i even tried it with airtel subscription and it was still d samethe problem is not from glo cos am using glo. The problem is from ur phone. I will suggest u transfer ur pics and videos to ur memory card then download contacts imex from BlackBerry World and use it to back ur phone contacts as well in ur memory card. It's free and it doesn't require network to work. After that remove ur mcard and do a security wipe. Then download all ur apps back but don't install the app u have download fresh ones. If it still didn't work reload ur os |
