The independent traders who sell THROUGH Konga do so based on the premise that Konga attracts a certain number of people daily on their website and hence, they can increase their sales channels and profits at the end of the day. The OP purchased the goods THROUGH Konga (a company operating legally in Nigeria), got her receipts for items purchased via the site BEARING Konga's name and logo. In fact, got the entire service delivery package - Payment notification, Email confirmation, delivery etc through Konga and no one else. That Konga decided to increase their stock without bearing the cost of the inventory on their books via "partner dealers" is not a consumer's business neither are the attendant risks associated with that model those of a consumer.
She is completely justified in complaining my sister.

i don't think u understand what he is saying. for example go to konga.com and search for blackberry Q5 u will see that konga is selling #32,000. and then u will see other sellers in the same konga.com selling the same Q5 for 35k 37k and 38k respectively. the point is when u want to buy a product from konga look by the side of the item listed u will see sold by konga or sold by ...... the seller name. i just tire for some people.

it won't work. Unless u want to get bb10. Cheap ones like Q5 and Z10 and u can use glo which u can share ur data with ur laptop and android.

have u restarted ur phone. The issue I had was that sometimes it take ages to install app and I have to restart before it will work but haven't experience it again since am no longer on the 2977

just know that os 10.3.0.700 is a leak os and not advisable for daily driver. Things like bbm video and voice calls don't work and alarm too.

stdennis: Please, my Z10 has refused to charge since I upgraded it from 10.2.1.2102. It ll show charging indicator but won't charge. I was advised to reinstall 10.2.1.2102 but I could only get 10.2.1.2141, which I was told was the same with 10.2.1.2102; but it has since refuse to charge.
Please, can the problem be solved, if I upgrade to 10.3.0.700, when it's fully out?
Or can I get the link to download 10.2.1.2102? Thanks.

yes the 2 are the same the software is 2102 while the os version is 2141. But I will suggest u try another charger to know if the problem is from ur charger, or plug ur phone to ur system to know if ur charging pot is still ok. If u check and it's the same issue I will suggest u wipe first and if it didn't work then u can downgrade.

I guess u are using z10 stl 1 and yes it's os problem. That was what I was try to explain to some people but they don't seem tobacco understand. Best solution is to downgrade ur os to 2012 or u install leak 10.3.0.700 only BBM video and voice with alerm don't work.

if u dont doesnt mean others dont. like 2 people complained here in the forum, and i have helped people who had the same issues too. take a s and u will see alot of people with the issue. upgrading is good but sometimes can mess things up.

Well it's good to always upgrade ur os but sometimes some updates can mess things up. For instance the latest update 2975 and 2977 is giving a lot of z10 stl100 users a lot of problems from BBM losing connection, to phone restarting and battery heating up etc.

yes you need to upgrade it cos each upgrade brings an improvement and fix bugs. The latest os which is 2977 fix battery issues and improved android runtime. And other minor bugs. So upgrade if u can

download the leak is version of it phone. Backup ur phone with BlackBerry Link and close the link when done. Then unzip the os that u downloaded and click on it. If u have a password setup it will ask you to put in ur password and after that just wait till it finish and the phone will restart.

An Ebola victim who was allowed to board an international flight was an American citizen on his way home to the United States, it has emerged.
Patrick Sawyer worked for the Liberian government and was visiting his sister there when he developed symptoms while on a plane to Nigeria. He was quarantined on arrival in Lagos and died on Friday.
His wife, Decontee, 34, who like Mr Sawyer is originally from Liberia, currently at the heart of the terrifying Ebola outbreak, said he had been due to travel on to America where he could have become Patient Zero in a US epidemic.
The 40-year-old father-of-three is believed to have contracted the disease from his sister, whom he was caring for without knowing she had Ebola.
Mr Sawyer took two flights to get to Nigeria from Liberia, where he had attended his sister's funeral. The first took him from Monrovia to Lome in Togo, where he boarded a plane to Lagos. He collapsed at the airport on landing.

The Nigerian authorities have closed the hospital he was treated at, First Consultants Hospital in Obalende, one of the busiest parts of the city with a population of around 21 million.

His job involved promoting trade in West Africa and he was on his way to a conference in Lagos from where he planned to travel back to the US when he fell ill with vomiting and diarrhea.

For the very first time in the state, the special adviser will be advising the governor on matters concerning the Hausa people living in the state.

This was made known when the Hausa community came to pay homage and pray with the governor to mark the Eid El Fitri celebration at the governor’s lodge in Amawbia.

The leader of the delegation, Sule Momodu, explained to the governor the reason for their visit which was to identify with him in their celebration and also to pray for continued peace and tranquility in the state. he  emphasised that since the governor’s assumption of office, there had been peace and security.

The governor commended them for their comportment in the state and urged them to continue to live peacefully with the people of the state while being vigilant in their places of residence.

He also charged them to keep preaching peace and shunning division for continued peaceful coexistence.

The governor formally announced the appointment of a Special Adviser from amongst them and asked the leader of the delegation to forward their choice personality to him for confirmation and appointment.
