scarr: d original size of d 10.3.0.700 from blackberry is 1.9 gb it now depends on d methods used in compressing it, I've seen d one of 1.5gb and one of 1.0gb both 10.3.0.700 for stl100-3, same thing just different compression methods

I have wasted almost 3gig downloading this os I keep getting file is corrupt when I try to unzip it. I have already gave up. I still have 10.3.0.442. Will just have to wait for the next

The problem has nothing to do with the update. The camera is broken

stdennis: I bought my Z10 ST-100 five weeks ago. it came with 10.2.1.2102 but I upgraded to 10.2.1.2799, since then, it doesn't retain charge again. it ll be showing charging indicator but doesn't charge again. I got a new battery but still the same. I was advised to and downgraded to 10.2.1.3..., 10.2.1.2141, 10.2.1.2914 and later reinstalled the 10.2.1.2102 that came with it; but to no avail. Now, am back on 10.2.1.2977, but it still doesn't charge.
Please, what can I do?

make sure u are using original charger. Then use BBVA to check if ur charging pot I'd working

for me just drain the battery. Remove it for 30 mins then charge the phone till the green light show. The phone most be off

u welcome dear. Look for someone who is around u or another person that is using bb10 just switch sim and use the phone hotspot to upgrade

Juwonmania: someone should help..... a friend of mine has a z10, when he charges to 100% and starts using the phone the battery level will be dropping 1% in 20 mins and after hours when the phone still has like 80% left it will just write battery drained.... shutting down handheld..... anyone with a possible solution should help asap

u have 2 options, side loading the old bbm bar file or upgrading ur os.for me the best thing is to upgrade the os cos 10.3 will soon be released.

there are 2 ways, 1 Google for BlackBerry world download and download from site and 2 find the bar file and sideload it.

ArxHead: Is there a way you can reset z10 holding power button and volume button like in android phones? A friends z10 won't come on! If you press the on button it comes on and says www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 with an acclamation mark! Without booting.

u can bro. There are 2 ways u can back one is email and the other one is sdcard. Now first of all go BlackBerry world and check if ur BBM has an update, if there is update it. Then go to ur BBM press options, look for backup and restore choose email or sdcard. Me I will suggest email and make sure the email u are using is ur blackberry id that way u won't ever lose ur bbm contacts again unless u delete them ur self

make sure u are using the latest bbm or ur bbm version is from 7.1 up it will automatically back up to ur blackberry id. so when u change phone all u have to do is sign in ur bbid and everything will be there.

u can download the real main instagram app for android. can u tell me the os u are using? check ur setting then device and select os
