As regards the PR, there is usually no interview and once you follow the rules there a greater chance of success. So both of you should write the ielts and evaluate your degrees, the better scoring of you both will be the PA.
Don't bother your head abt the POF for now and take the process step by step...
I sure you were not looking for master degree school fees when you where in nursery school.

I like your profile. To be honest with you, this is the best time for you to leave for Canada. Your age is not so bad and your qualification is a plus. Try to find the Canada thread and study it well, it has loads of info on it. Just pass your English test and you are as good as a PR in Canada...

Its 15k for processing, if u are sending it for foreign institution excluding courier. You raise an IRR from the bursery at main camp,were they will give u an acct number u will use to pay d 15k after d payment u return back with proof of payment to d bursary. The proof of fund will be stamp , u then take it to the transcript office besides the office they issue certificate. You be given a form to fill your details and summit back. That's all, u keep calling them or you contact to know when it ready. I heard d courier charge is between 10-15k depending on the country.
I am still waiting for mine for 3weeks now, I was told the delay is because of students doing registration.
