Consider expected shares that is planned to be allocated to their workers which will cause shareholding dilution.

I bought NGX at an average price of N17 on NASD, I will sell 90% of my holdings if it can get to N24

It appears NGX shareholders will be Investing to fund the lifestyle of NGX workers, I hope things will be better in the next 3 to 5 years

my calculation was based on 1.96B outstanding share. haven't factor in the plan share they wanted to allocate for the worker, such dilution will make my fp incorrect. Total liabilities as at 2020 Audit report was around 3,8b including payable and other liabilities, the earning plus dep. was around 2.4b. so liab. can be pay off with their earnings within 2 years.

forget about the PE of 20x, all i see is cash everywhere, the stock have a good growth future if they make use of all their assets and cash resources .

it N28 stock, if investors look at the growth rather than the current eps and pe

Q3 2021 will likely direct us more.

I was waiting for the release of Ucap third quarter result before I would give my advice based on the performance of the company.

Based on the result, here is my take: if I were you, I will hold till around jan/Feb 2022 before I will sell my ucap shares because the price will likely get to 12/13 naira within that time frame.

Ucap is one of the best performing stock in NSE this year already had over a 100% run.

Caveat: Do your Due Diligence!

Q3 performance superb compare to what they made in the first 6 months of the year.

Eps for Half year 52k
Eps for Q3 99k

I can see now the reason for the surge in price. insider saw d result long time before now

They value stocks using valuation metrics just as you do.
What they don't do is to point a stock like you.
Transcorp will manifest as soon as the internal issues are done.

may be if they improve on their latest data. the current data can not magic price to N7 any time soon.

I doubt the mgt decision to delete the company will be in favour of shareholders. why d decision now when the numbers begin to look good with good o₂ backup .

the latest report is not enough to push d price to d destination, 2nd half of the year data needed. if they keep the company on nse........ price is likely to rise to N1.1 but if they announce the buyout price soon i expect half of the 1.1 or close to

If not cos of the general mood of the mkt, I expect d stock to have move near N1 by now. One of d metrics on my bedsheet has been flashing the stock for watch since first quarter of the year and I informed penny stock lovers asking for stock pick, they loaded @21-22k

If taken oxygen seriously while analyse stock, it easy to predict courville is a candidate of takeover if d company continue with their latest report performance. take d H1 report check income stmt, balance sheet and cashflow, analyse each items in those reports u will see d reason for the plan to delete. as at d time I check d data, price was at 21k and bedsheet shows that who ever bought over the company bought it for free and the company will still leave the buyer with millions of naira ontop of paying nothing ooo who no like better things na. If management believes their number not Audio and guarantee good performance going forward, no be to go bank go borrow to pay u off. already they have like 10k free cash/per share @Q2 higher than the 4k Eps

Though this is not most of ogas here type of company sha N750m company at 21k

I have no cadbury on my bedsheet, no much energy to spend on loss making company

for carverton, don't expect any surprise yet except there are general bullish market. debt cost is milking the company dry. Q2 operating profit N3.2B finance cost N2.4B and PAT N0.7B. though they have good cash ^"O2" backup which is good news for d dividend lovers at year end.

No his objective is not based on certainty or quantum of dividend from Transcorp but to mine money from a bet (speculation) on likely price surge in the short to medium term. If Transcorp comprehensive income to shareholders continue to hold positive for full year 2021 as it turned positive in the last quarterly report. Mr Market will have no choice but to raise the price of Transcorp. 2020 book value per share of Trasncorp was 1.64. It's 2021 book value is set to rise if comprehensive profit to share holders stays positive in 2021. It is a jijo bet. Not a dividend hope.
