mkt will likely remain quiet until after election. so dont think u can use bull to run away tomorrow before election

even market petty traders lose with the election postponement. many traders prepared sobo, cakes many things to sell to pple queuing to vote. so nse is having her own share of disappointment. election observer got their own share,, they have to book extra one week accommodation or retunrn to book new flight ticket

Hmmm, at the bolded that wasnt speculation, it's based on results.
This kind of reaction is expected, it do happen to the fundamentally sound companies such as Zenith too. One would now keep wondering what went wrong. What is happening in the market today cuts across some other good stocks too possibly due to the election postponement.
This same transcorp was selling in the 3naira region before it was dragged down due to poor result. Now they have good result, let's keep watching how the drama will unfold.
The truth is that some missed out of the rally so far, I hope they wouldn't miss out of the next phase too.

you have time sha. beating chest is expected , a good investors should expect this mkt today with unexpected weekend worse news. it could have been other way round if election go on well with result announced last nite or this morning.

Loco! why messing around with good thing. Not all stocks are for dividend. More so you have been around to know this of transcorp.

Is within his right to say anything that can make him buy at his target price but I doubt this stock will listen to him. Anybody that bought transcorp should have known it not a dividend paying company.

If u want to buy a company cos of dividend you go for zenith.

Transcorp fair price was below N1 for several years when mkt price was selling well above N1, it even cross N2 last year at 80k fair price. Now transcorp is selling at N1.71 below it fair price. Let wait and see Mr mkt reaction .

Transcorp is well undervalued with this result check well. 100% increase over the previous year. ROE of 14% , PE of 7.4, PEG OF 0.50 etc

Transcorp is not for the dividend investors cos they need cash so profit is expected for reinvestment
