before i concludes my analysis on company stock, i take into consideration of growth as well. in banking stock apart from unity bank which i have not look into, WEMA bank have the lowest growth rate with PEG ratio close to 2.0 growth rate was reason for my picking stambic bank as one of the cheapest stock yesterday. stambic have the highest growth rate follow by gtb with PEG ratio of 0.55 and 0.57 respectively. investors nowadays are not that blind no matter our shout on any stock, they know what best for them except the gambler. things may change 2morrow sha but as at today WEMA is no no for me ![]() |

Bezzle: NobodyKnows:may be u sees wema for 58kobo as a cheap price, it actually expensive base on Q2. though anything can change in 2nd half of the year. wema price 0.58 , eps 0.04 , pe 14.5 , roe 3% etc STANBIC bank @ N44 is cheaper than this stock talkless of zenith , eti and so on ![]() |
veecovee:oil may likely fall today but not a threat to it long time bullish ![]() |

wanaj0:accounting abracadabra indeed. one of my oga pointed out this to yesterday that they move fund from share premium to retained earnings "Notes 30" http://www.nse.com.ng/Financial_NewsDocs/22905_WEMA_BANK_PLC._FINANCIAL_STATEMENTS_JULY_2018.pdf ![]() |
pluto09:wema fairprice not attractive at my side with the current 38.5B share outstanding. though they have positive retain earnings compare to their huge negative retain earnings this time last year ![]() |
for me if am given the opportunity to choose btw WEMA and sterling, i will buy Sterling 10 times before looking at wema ![]() |
