I wanted to average down but after he told me, I just respect myself.. adding to a losing portfolio at a wrong price is crazy.. I must not buy any stock that is trading above its fair price again.. lesson learnt

Diamond bank 2018 q1 result , is far better than Oando and Transcorp.
Only that the directors are using style to deprive their investors dividend.
Based on my findings, the will return better percent to their diehard investors, in no distant time.

NB, I didn't consult any recommendations firm, just personal research and findings.

I don't own a single share in Diamond, but planning to stake small percentage in their company.

Looking at Diamond bank 2018 q1 result, thou 1 kobo behind 2017 q1 EPS.
Despite 2017 FY loss, Their 2018 q1 EPS stood at 15 kobo, if no loss occur this time, the may have better 2018 FY EPS, when compared with FCMB and Fidelity.
Current price 1.48 kobo ( times two = 2.96) if it still fall a little, it will be 2 to 1 of FCMB.

Be fearful when others are greedy.

Diamond bank present better opportunity when compared it's current price with that of it's set.

Since Ramadan fast will kick off tomorrow I decide to put some of my dangflour for sale this morning @#11:90k

140kunits to be precise about 90k+units was filled the rest still pending. While the stock has traded over 2.8m units so far with #12:01k as the day high.

I wonder the GHOST TRADER that skipped my N11:90 offer and went to buy that of N12:01k.

I started picking Caverton from N2.78 down to N2.30, back to N2.50, then stopped, when other buyers started distracting the price....
I will sell @ N7.00 next year....

My stock picks for a 50% target from end of April till end of May based on my belief that May will be bullish;

1) Fidelity; likely to declare dividend in a bull

2) Honeywell; traditionally this is it's period of capital appreciation based on dividend expectation

3) Diamond; remote belief

I will pick either Fidelity or Honeywell, maybe both?
It is certain I won't buy diamond.

#60, based on their current performance, especially their 2018 Q1 EPS
They were at #50+ price, as of 30th June, 2016, even when they recorded minus 0.07 loss in 2016 q1 EPS against 0.81 EPS in 2015 Q1.
Their price as of 2014 was above #60.
From recent result, it shows that they will sustain their earning, most especially now government is seeking point for election, and award of contract is serious ongoing.

By my calculation, it is 1.5 and that is what I said. But MorganCapital does portfolio assessment and send to its customers. The one I saw in my email is saying average price is 1.47. That is why I included morgancapital in my post.
